Integretel ripoff San Jose California

Hello, Recently as 0f 01/18/06, my mother recieved her Verizon phone bill and on the phone bill was a total charge 692.14.

Besides her regular phone and internet bill from verizon. we found out that we are being billed for collect calls from a company called Integretel Inc. the bill they are charging us is a total of 407.26. My sister was hospitalized on dec 25 to 29 of 2005 and during this period collect calls were made to our home in Portage,Indiana. we knew nothing about this company and that they would bill us for a call that was only 4 min long and costing 37.95 for one example. another call was 81.19 and was only 20 min long. The numbers she called from Michael Reese Hospital. I would like some feedback on my situation and what would be the best way to handle this mess.
