Hello.  We believe that this report may be filed by someone intentionally slandering the company, or perhaps a competitor of ours.  We have no record of any client with any name similar to this author.  If this is posted by a legitimate customer, please contact us directly so we can help you.  The report is so vague and false that it leads us to believe it may be a fake posting by a competitor looking to damage our brand.  If  you are a legitimate customer please contact us directly and we WILL assist you and resolve your issue.  We appreciate your business and we look forward to helping ALL of our small business clients, especially if you are having an issue.  Please identify yourself or help us understand what problems or issues you are having, if any, and we will do everything we can to assist you.
