I was conned by Jack Bucklin into paying a registration fee to register through the Omni Institute after completing a psychological evaluation so that I could be registered as a security specialist with the so=called International Bodyguard Network.
This Network promised to link me up with upmarket and exclusive clients requiring my services on a contract basis. To attract people like me they posted other photos and resumes of other individuals (primarily in the USA but also in other countires around the globe) so that they appeared legitimate. Initially, aftyer completing the "evluation" and submitting my photo and other relevant, confidential, information, my web page emerged on their site.
However there were several spelling mistakes, some ommissions and some additions to my data so I had to contact Jack Bucklin several times to get them to correct it. In fact there were still some errors left by the time I gave up trying to get him to correct everything.
Then, a long silence,,,,,and of course no contracts! When I started to try and chase up Bucklin he suddenly became unavailable.
Obviously, since I'm based in Zimbabwe. he felt safe in conning me long distance!

Jack Bucklin no longer runs the International Bodyguard Network, and has not sense last year. He has never functioned as a security company nor does he claim to do so. I have already delt with the Texas Dept of Safety and they should know better to claim Scam company with out a proper investigation.

"SINCE I AM BASED IN ZIMBABWE, HE FELT SAFE IN CONNING PEOPLE LONG DISTANCE."
I BET THAT HAD TO HURT WHENEVER YOU SIT DOWN!
IN TEXAS, WE HAVE AN STATE AGENCY THAT REGULATES PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANIES LIKE THIS ONE. SOUNDS LIKE HE WAS OPERATING AN INTERNET SCAM WITHOUT A LICENSE AND HE IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE ONE.
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO TO REPORT HIS ACTIVITY IS TO GO TO THIS WEB SITE WHICH IS THE OFFICIAL BUREAU OF PRIVATE SECURITY RUN BY THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY.
http://txdps.state.tx.us/pbs/
I saved you the trouble and I looked up the man and the name of his security company to see if they were licensed and they were not. He is running a SCAM!
You can report it by going to this site and I strongly suggest you do:
http://txdps/state.tx.us/pbs/consumer/info_complaints.htm
He would also have had to get you a work visa to come here and those are in very short supply. You might have tried to enter through Canada but that is not advisable either. I don't think he was interested in paying out to get you a work permit.
