I was also ripped off by IPA and have filed on this site before but I thought that everyone should know that a little known California Law states that ANY CONTRACT THAT IS THE RESULT OF TELEMARKETING is not valid no matter what the result of the contract is. I am currently involved in a Lawsuit and it has been kept in our LOCAL court. It is still a long drawn out process but it is not in Chicago,ILL as they wanted.Even their website states that they use telemarketing but their Lawyer tried to say that it was heresay, the Judge did not agree, and as stated kept the case LOCAL. You should all check you local Local state Laws and find out if you have similar consumer protection Laws in place.
