International Rebates International Rebates ripoff of Coast to Coast Grand Getaways members. Tallevast, Florida

Below is an inquiry to Coast to Coast Grand Getaways regarding the practices of a non affiliated incentives provider; International Rebates, which has failed,and continues to fail to make good on it's promised $50.00 gift card.

To whom it may concern, I am just wonderingif you audit the companies that provide incentives to your prospects and new
members.  We Joined in January this year, and received a $50.00 gift card voucher from International Rebates. We have followed the redemption procedure to the letter, and have been forced to contact them through the postal service (they won't list a phone #) demanding why they are not honoring this promotion. In each instance we were promised prompt attention to the inquiry, and then heard nothing back. The last communication we received was in June requiring 4-8 weeks for the $50.00 card to arrive. It is now November 18th...no card.

Obviously International Rebates has no, nor has EVER had any intention of honoring their promotion, and is in the practice of wearing down the claimants to the point they just give up on the process and International Rebates just "Pockets the money" supposedly promised to your clients.

I only assume, but hope CCGG does not purchase this service from International Rebates, because they are basically stealing your money instead of providing the promised service. Add to this the fact that it leaves a very bad impression of CCGG even though CCGG is not affiliated with International Rebates.   I believe CCGG provides a valued service to their members, and would not like to see their reputation tarnished by the unscrupulous behaviors of a third party such as International Rebates.
