I contacted  this person to help me get a drunk off the road to stop elder abuse./  a drunken relative who was abusive to my mother. 

I was willing to pay what the police SHOULD be doing.

he quoted very high price, and said why not have police do it.

I told him what unprofessionals they were and how they acted, and that I had to put in a complaint against them for their unprofessional behavior.

With that he said, "if you put in a complaint against a police officer ,  he would not take the case and hung up the phone.

Being a former cop he was going to stick with them no matter who suffered, he didnt care.

my mother is dead now, none of the police did anyThing to stop the abuse from this drunken sister, I will never forget this  as long as I live.

I do not think this RICHARD KILLIPS would have ever been in the st police if not for his father, I hope that  Anna Laura and Meagen see what THEIR father is really all about. and I hope no one supports this cruel, so called man.

I am sure his 'bro cops buddies" will pat him on the back for a good deed, but I think of him as a sociopathic non peace former officer to be shamed by all. I hope it happens  to him when he is old and unable to defend himself.  

at least now my mother can RIP.  I hope this is read by all and he carries the name he deserves.  deciding to stick with the boys and allow an elderly woman to be abused is the work of the devil.

R K would not have a retirement pkg to allow him to pick and choose his patrons if daddy didnt get him in , so i think the apple doesnt fall far from the tree.
