I was defruded by AIG Promotions and BankCard Empire. The credit card processor for the card I was defrauded on was HSBC Bank Nevada, NA. This bank is a division of HSBC Bank USA, NA. The CEO of HSBC Bank USA, NA is Irene Dorner. HSBC Bank Nevada, NA refuses to acknowledge their responsibility in the frarulent actions of AIG Pronotions and BankCard Empire. They will however tell me lies in letters one of their employees writes me. I have written two certified letters with my complaints to Irene Dorner. They were recieved but neither has been responded to. It is the height of arrogance when the head of a company can not even have a flunky respond to a legitimate complaint. Why do regulatory agencies such as the Comptroller of the Currancy and the Consumer Protection Agency not reign these people in?
