The ad said you can have a site on the net for $9.99 for a 30 day trail offer. The problem is that they didn't hold up to that offer and when I called the marketing department, he wanted to sell a package for $1750.00. He also stated that you couldn't make any money with the 30 day offer!! I lost $9.99 and allot of time due to the ad you let run on XM. I'm not a real happy XM subscriber!!. Also, there is no way you can set it up for the amount above because you can't receive money from credit card without another $24.99 monthly service charge.

XM is checking on ispeed.com and is getting back to me

As an ex-employee of AtLast Fulfillment, I know that their policy is to do everything they can to prevent customers from recieving refunds. They consistently refuse to issue refunds, lie outright to customers about whether autoship programs have been canceled, and force every customer who they possibly can to listen to additional sales messages-even those who are calling to say that they want nothing to do with them. If you want **anything** from them, demand to speak with a supervisor, as none of the regular operators have any authority to issue refunds or perform most customer service functions. Their operators are for the most part just telemarketers working in an inbound environment, and scruples are against company policy.

TO ALL CONSUMERS READING THIS REPORT:

Though we do respect this website and the information it offers consumers, it must be known that some information in this report is false. ISPEEDWAY and AtLast Fulfillment are two completely different companies. AtLast Fulfillment is a third party logistics provider who offers warehouse and shipping solutions for ISPEEDWAY's products. Our company was not at fault in the previously mentioned issue in any way, shape, or form. In fact, our top-notch customer service and product offerings are what landed us a spot in this year's Inc, 500. Please understand that ISPEEDWAY and AtLast Fulfillment are two completely different companies.
