IT Sources LLC fake airline fares Ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

This company said it made the reservations from LAX to Nairobi. We paid by debit card and wired to the account number specified as instructed by Sandy via email.

We verified the reservations with the British Airways website.
Nothing on the website let us know that they were "ghost reservations".

Upon arrival at LAX and the British Airways check in we were informed that no reservations had been paid for.

A very nice and competent lady at British Airways was able to get us on our flight for less than two thousand dollars more each!

We attempted to call IT Source and were told the line was disconnected. We researched the area and found other numbers but were only able to reach voice mail.

We have written and faxed letters to them. After reading the other reports on the same company, I really don't have much hope for reimbursement, but I will be trying!

I would be delighted to update saying funds were recovered if and when that ever happens.
