ALL ARE SCAMMERS! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM OR VISIT THEIR LOCATIONS!!! Talk to a few employees who worked there and they have nothing good to say from them also!!! I Unfortunately purchased something from one of their locations, thought I'd google their names and all I see if complaints left and right! Bad service, horrible place to buy Verizon products, save yourself sometime and money and go to a REAL verizon store!!!

I am a very happy to be EX- employee of Italk. My name is mentioned above as "Scammer" because I was employed as a B2B Sales Director at the time of the post. I had nothing to do with any of the policies stated in the 3 page Terms and Conditions or any Fees listed, nor did I have any association with this particular event. My name was listed on the Italk website which made it easy for the User to call everyone out without knowing who was truly involved.
I am also a victim of being ripped off by Italk. My commission checks were held both times in separate positions because of excuses on why they shouldn't pay. I was charged for damages on a company car that were made by a previous employee as well as confirmed by that employee and one other witness. Oh, and the odometer fraud they are accused of doing is VERY TRUE!
