IVD Recovery LLC Account Management Assistance IVD Recovery claims they are located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. They claim to be a debit recovery system, though are a scam artist company. They are threading to send me to a collection agency, when Orlando , Florida

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
IVD claims to be a credit card debt solution company, though are scam artists. The company does not exist, though exists via phone number with two other companies. They are not accredited with the BBB and have multiple complaints against them. I spoke with them, never signed a contract with them and now they are harassing me/threating to send me to a collection agency in the amount of $1400-1500. For exactly who/what they think they are is unknown to me. They are a scam/fraud company.

The company or whoever they are do not exist per FTC, BBB, etc. The phone number they use, doesn't exist either. An actual real company, answers the phone properly, have websites and are in compliance with all proper authorities. You must be a telemarketer/scam artist who works for these people or a similar company.

how is this company a scam. it sounds like they just wanted to collect money that you agreed on verbally. Did they provide any service or attempt to. what facts do you have proving they are a scam
