The email which is monitored tracked as the email says shows a check with the person's name and says awaiting payment to the person who is on the email. You click on the process screen then it says that you have to pay a fee that does not get you money but allows you to easily enter to any online sweepstakes (sweepstakes are usually free so why pay to enter). The fee is 4.95 for a trial then 12.95 a month after if you don't cancel.

This is certainly a scam, there is no real money involved just a trick for you to subscribe to their service.
