Beware of this dude  JACK HERRON   real simple do a search of court records . la county , orange county. san diego county. and let your computer run wild  while it prints out all the law suits. same scam just multiple partners . gets partners to invest there money while he does the building and all the accounting in his office with his wife and sister in law   moves money around through multiple accounts  and even takes out persoanl loans on company assets  and hets company to pay his debt and over bills partnership. every partner has ended up in law suit dont be the next one. calls himself a builder and lawyer and really bad at both but good talker as all con men are.
