 I have had them cleaning my home since 2009 and they have been inconsistent.  They started out good and gradually got worse.  I have had things broken and found them in the trash and they never told me. I have had karosene from an oil lamp spilled all over my bed and was never notified until I found it myself while trying to sleep.  Recently I came home and my floor were filthy black after they just left. I called and never heard back from her for a few days. 

By then I had already re-cleaned my home and scrubbed all the floors on that Saturday (2 days after they left) and finally heard back from Jackie.  She then tells me she wants the maids to come out again on Monday.  Why?  I already re-did what I paid for them to do.  I told her I did not want them back in the house again and they did a terrible job and I wanted the old crew back that I liked and had few problems with.  I told her just to send the new crew on the next scheduled visit. 

I clean my own house on the off weeks myself so I did it again that following weekend.  She sent in the crew and expected payment.  Why?  I paid you before to clean and clearly did not and tood the money.  Also, if they had come back on Monday, she wouldn't have charged me so what difference did it make.  I am the customer and they work for me and every time I have a problem it turns into an argument and a disagreement with her.  She seems to forget who works for who and then she becomes verbally abusive and insulting.  I would not recommend them to anyone!
