Jamie DiScala Fraud Yorkshire Terrier Breeder Staten Island New York

We purchased an eight week old puppy from this breeder in Staten Island.  They claimed that the dog was vet checked, which it was not.  This breeder misrepresentede themselves.

 It turned out that the dog had a congeniutal heart condition.  We had the puppy home for no more than an hour when it began having breathing problems.  Took the dog to the emergency animal hospital where the dog had to be housed in an oxygen tent.  During the three days the dog was in the  animal ICU, it could not come out of oxygen for more that a couple minutes before it began having labored breathing.  After much deliberation and heart ache, we made the decision to euthanize the dog as it would never have a normal life outside of the oxygen assistance.  

We paid cash for the dog.  The vet bill was $1600.00,  Breeder refuses to refund the amount paid for the dog or any portion of the vet bill.  

This so called breeder keeps her toy breed yorkie parents in the backyard outside in the harsh weather conditions.  Claims they have a heather outseide to keep them warm.  Dogs live in yard with chickens.  Conditions of squallor and filth.  

Vet performed autopsy and discovered the heart condition in the autopsy and renders this animal unfit for sale.
