Jan-pro jan-pro will rip you off Orange County California

Jan Pro seriously takes advantages of its franchisees. It is amazing that they have done so well as a franchise. I suspect it is because people who purchase the franchise are unaware. As Jerry of Bloomington mentioned, they seriously underbid their competition, such that they gain the contracts, then leave the fracnhisees to deal with working for very little money after they take their 18%. Frankly regardless of whether you get paid $200 or $2000, they get paid their 18% regardless, when the franchisees are the ones doing all the work. They take advantage of their franchisees, they claim their customer services is excellent, but their service to franchisees is horrible. They don't respond to phone calls, they don't provide any support to their franchisees. You can't get in touch with them.

From day 1 we felt like we were left to fend for themselves, but trust me, they won't hesitate to take out their fees from your paycheck for punishment, when you are already not making enough to pay your bills. This company is horrible. Buyer beware. Trust me, this company will not last much longer, because they treat their franchisees horribly.
