Hope you are doing well. Jason E. Clark got what he deserved. He will be off the streets for a long time. Society will be safe with one less criminal. If you know other women who were his victims and searching for him, please let them know he was sentenced 240 months equal to 18 years in prison.

Hope this is a real wake up call for him. For now we are safe from his lies and fraud !

I am not sure if you are still searching for this Criminal Jason E. Clark? He will not be around for a long time. Justice has been served. I was speaking at the Court on behalf of other victims of his, who could not seek for justice themselves. I asked the Judege to give him the highest punishment for what he has done to many people. Procecutors proved this criminal is high risk for soceity. He ruined many people's lives. He was convicted 6 times for the same crimes since 2001 and did not stop. This time I hope it is real stop for him. 12 years he will stay in prison, 6 years supervised probation.

The Judge who gave him 240 months equal to 18 years is very fair and understandbale Judge.

I hope we can live better with one less crimimal off the streets.

The Scott county Court has set final trial days in July 07 for this convict. It has been set in April 2020 due to COVID -19 it was delayed. July 07, 2020 is the final trial days. You are welcome to attend.

To whom who filed this report. I hope you are still following this matter. Please contact Shakopee police if you want to seek for justice. He is currently in Scott county jail and unable to pay the $100,000 bail. You can be a witness for how he swindled you. I am not sure if your case is still protected under "statute of limitation". Otherwise you can file against him for "theft by swindle"among other victims of current case. He could get away from any "theft by swindle" crimes because people did not know where he was or local police did not want to file charges agaisnt him but asked them to file civil suit. Many people gave up because they did not have anymore money to file civil suit.

I have a good ethic lawyer his name is Mark Carpenter. He can help with advice and paperwork. This will cost less money.

Please take courage to file against this criminal or at least stand as the witness.

 Hi Megan, KW or whoever is involved with Jason E. Clark ( Martin Jepson is his current name ). This scumbag has been in Scott County jail since 01/09/2020. If you can report him to the counties which have been searching for him to let them know they can contact prosecutors to press charges on him about this matter. He didn't have driver license and he did not work so they couldn't find him.

The best address for him right now is Shakopee Scott county Jail. The court has set trial day for him 03/31. Hope you can share information with the victims since 2007 so they can come forward to file against him. Many of his victims gave up because local police didn't take this matter as " theft by swindle " crime but civil matter.

This criminal knew how to use civil laws to cover his crimes. But this time he will be convicted with theft by swindle for sure. If you know all the victims please encourage them to contact Shakopee police detective Schneck. Best wishes

Jason Elliot Clark has several open child support cases against him, but the counties are unable to locate him.  It's possible that he is now free of probation and so he's back to swindling women instead of working to pay for child support. 

He owes tens of thousands to at least 3 women I'm aware of.  The last child he sperm donated to was in 2007 to my knowledge, but they may be more since then.  At least 5 as of 2007, all women he swindled and conned. 

If someone has knowledge of address, please contact Hennepin, Anoka and Ramsey counties to report the address to child support or post it here and I will do it.  These kids and their moms deserve some justice.  Thank you.

I am a new victim of this con man. He told me very much about the daugther in DC and another daugther in Minnesota which got married last year.

I am a new victim of fraud, scam, theft by swindle that from the same con man you both were talking about. I was duped, lured out big money. The money he stole from me, was used to pay for his and current woman who has been with him 5 years since he has just released from prison - credit cards debts, taxes or to pay back the money he stole from the big fraud case 2012. I don't know. 

However, if you wanted to seek for your child support, go to Shakopee police to file against him. They are waiting for a new victim to file a case so that they will process to take him in.

I am not sure if you are still following this case. I am a new victim of this man who calls himself Martin but legal paper is Jason Elliot Clark. He is currently living with a woman in Shakopee. I am a new victim. He used "non exisited inherit trust" to lure my life saving money for his needs to pay his credit cards debts that he has been sharing with his current woman who has lived with him 5 years.

If you want to nail him for child support, contact Shakopee Police Department. I filed a case agaisnt him, you can file so you can bring him to justince for not paying child support. He has not illness, strong and healthy. I know where he lives now.

Hello.  I am JL.  To the person who posted the message and has a 9 year old child with the individual (at the time of the post), I am Mom #2; that is, I have a daughter with him as well.  She is now a teenager, and I am in Minnesota.  My daughter is the 2nd child of his, and to my knowledge, there are at least a handful more.

I met his mother and his father.  I used to take my daughter to spend time with her paternal grandmother.  Jason's mother has since passed away.  I asked his mother for medical history, but between the two sides of her family, we had everything from cancer to diabetes covered, so I don't remember the specifics. His father still lives in the cities and gave me his card.  I have not contacted him since.

My daughter has met daughter #1.  She also briefly met her biological father at his mother's funeral a few years back.  I hope this answers some of your questions. 

I am responding to report #424362. I am a professional woman who also was swindled by this individual. I have a 9 year old son with him, who he has never seen and owes over $40,000 in child support. I have also placed a judgement against him for money he personal owes me. In looking at the court files available as mentioned above, I am in awe that he keeps doing these crimes. After reading this information, I am going to talk with law enforcement to see about pressing charges for theft. I was only aware of a daughter in WC, so if there are more children here in MN, I hope that we can know. I also would like to know where his family is and what his medical history is. Thanks.
