Jason Yates,(352)871-3389, JTJYATES1975@YAHOO.COM, is a scammer and a fraud contact FBI @ (310) 996-3359 file a report. We were told that he would be able to stop the sale on our house and he never did. We paid him $2000 and demanded another $2000 to help us stay or we would lose our home. we did we were forclosed and evicted from our home.
He says he was able to get the loans eliminated by filing some kind of title change and asking for allodial title... well it doesnt exiist in CA. He is a scammer, his biggest eexcuses are, im sorry by my children need me, therir mom and her boyfriend are mistreating them.. HES A LIAR!!!! How many families has he hurt.... dont listen to a word he says1 he uses God and the Bible, he is evil himself for using GOD, to do his bad deeds.
He'll play on your emotions and use you and take your money, do a title search on the names of properties he stole from people and ultimately properties were foreclosed...search JASON YATES, or JASON YATES FEE SIMPLE TRUST....
REPORT HIM TO FBI, THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE OUT THERE. LETS GET HIM

If you know of the whereabouts of Jason Thomas Yates, who stole the man's (Collin in Caifornia) - his phone number or address, contact James Padgett at ***-***-****, as there is an FBI search going on as I type this (Aug. 13, 2015). They need all the information they can get from those who've been cheated by this man.
