It looks like Jay's response to Terry was acceptable...The point here then is just don't get sucked in to Teleteria. There is no money to be made with them, they produce poorly designed websites and provide everyone with the same content. No one will make any money with this company!

We received a brochure request from Terry Peters (((Redacted)))

He said in the request that he and his wife want to start a porn site and wanted help.

We sent out the brochure and spoke on the phone many times.

On 1-27-10 he sent us a deposit of 50% of the cost of the site and our agreement.

We spoke on the phone about domain names and he and his wife choose one (((Redacted)))

The site was built they approved it and he sent his balance.

Usually when a client pays his balance we get them set up with a billing company right away. I will say that it took us 5 days to contact him to get the billing portion of his account set up. This was the original and only cause of his unhappiness. That is my fault and I accept responsibility. He called me this past Friday and I was supposed to call him back but the day got past me and we didnt speak till Sat.

The billing company set up fee of 300.00 was a problem for Terry so we contacted them and asked for free set up and I offered the next quarterly hosting fee of 300.00 credited to him and sent this to him in an email. Terry explained that he didnt have any credit cards because of his credit issues.

Unfortunately our offer to appease the client was too late as they had already threatented to post here on this site and now at 330 in the morning they have done so.

I have dealt with people posting here before. The only reason one would post on this site is to damage a persons credibility and make them look bad. This site does nothing toward resolving problems.

Terrys problem was he didnt have a credit card to get the billing company set up and we reolved that problem by getting them free set up and still he posted here a huge pack of lies that I will now respond to.

We dont offer money back guarentee and no where on our site or our agreement does it say so. We offer a satisfaction garauntee and Terry was pleased with the site and emailed is to that effect. The accusation that we forced him is pure fiction.

No one forced him to do next day delivery, we suggest it on design fees so we can pay our designers quickly.

As I said previously the client paid 1/2 down and didnt pay the balance until the site was done and he approved it. We have the Site Acceptance email that he sent it so this accusation is pure fiction.

The link he is referring to does not work until the billing company is set up which has not happened. The site is not bogus, it just does not have the billing solution in place yet so its not functional.

We have a copy of his drivers license showing that he is over the age of 18. The accusation that we didnt know his age is pure fiction.

I never theatened to post his info on sex offender sites. That never happened.

I never claimed to be a accredited member of the BBB. We have an "A" Rating with the BBB but we are not a member and no where on our site or in our marketing info does is state that. That accusation is pure fiction.

I did tell Terry that if he posted on this site I would post his info in my rebuttal and that is what I am doing.

I never threatened to sue them for slander. Terry phoned me Saturday to take care of the billing and we went back and forth on the phone a few times to try to resolve the issue.

It is our policy to collect the hosting fee when the client pays the balance. I dont understand the issue about paying for hosting seperate but he could have sent a seperate check if he wanted to. As long as the bill get gets paid it doesnt matter to me whether he sent one check or two.

He sent two checks both made out to Teleteria and I have the copies here to prove that. At no time did I request the checks made out to me.

I have no idea what his childrens names or school names are. I never at any time threatened such a thing. I had that done to me years ago by someone and it was a terrible thing to deal with. This is the most terrible lie of all the lies he wrote in this post.

I have been in business for over 15 years and have never done any of the accusations that Terry Peters has said in this post.

This post by Terry Peters is nothing more then a cruel attempt to damage the credibility of my company.

We built an adult site for Terry and his wife, they approved it and paid the balance.

We dropped the ball on getting them set up with billing. Instead of 1-2 days it was 5 days before we contacted them. We had a huge month in Jan and we got a little behind. I am the onwer of Teleteria and I accept full responsibility for the delay.  

I offered to get his billing account set up for free and I offered 3 months of free hosting. He laughed at me on the phone and told me he was going to post here. I have no control over him or anyone that is bent on posting here. This site does nothing to resolve issues. The owner of ripoffreport wants tens of thousands of dollars to remove these posts. I would rather put the money in my kids college fund.

If Terry wants to apologize on this post for posting these terrible lies I would be happy to get his billing account set up for free as I have already offered and give him the 3 months of free hosting as I already offered.

Terry Peters is a clear case of the biggest problem in dealing in the adult business. This is a great industry and alot of real intelligent people treat it like a business and make lots of money. Then we have the people like Terry Peters. Yes he had a valid issue and complaint and I attempted to resolve it and give the client exactly what he asked for but thats not enough. Terry and his wife sat in front of their pc after midnight on a Saturday night and typed the most terrible lies they could come up with and laughed about it while having a few drinks. The idea of moving past the issues and marketing their site is no longer important to them. Now the important issue is hurting and damaging me.

I started my first site in 1994 and stayed up late every night driving traffic to it and making money. The opportunity is still very much there for anyone else that wants to do it and there is no end in site. If your going to stay up late I suggest you use the time to link your site and create streams of traffic. There is no profit in hate and anger and lying.
