J.B. Hunt Transport, San Bernardino,Ca. What is j.b. hunt and company to a made up policy, and how it dictates to you and I. San Bernardino, California

 With respect to the report from a guy named Joe out of Rancho Cucamonga. I agree with everything and all you have brought into the light of the mechanic grapevine. I too was employed at J.b.Hunt in the San Bernardino facility. Before they initiated the computer and times dictated from Lowell Ark. Impossible to do the times as even were performed. Hidden shop tools were always at a guy named Bruce toolbox.He always was the cleanest,heavy starched shirt,formed hat, fool. He would hide behind the battery room with the other employees, of supervisory nature day shift.

And would stay about the day while a shift of graveyard people carried the service load of three shifts so they could have their J.B. Hunt company dictates meeting being unproductive and creating the initial, dog and pony show. Management from Lowell Ark. would only show up after the eight am hour. The guys working the day shift were always clean and neat. The others, working the graveyard, were greasy, sloppy oily and gear oil pants saturated. As a graveyard supervisor, it was a difficult challenge to keep others motivated at night while the sticker slappen mechanics during the day would remove hazmat stickers from the trailers prior to hitting the roadway during the day.

This was done because if the authorities knew they were transporting haz materials on the roadway, they would need to be permitted and verified. It was always an uphill battle working with such a confusing group of J.B. Hunt company policy dictators because their rules are for us to follow, for they are childish in nature. Because their rules for all us other mechanic are left behind in the wake water dredging , while they receive payroll premium, shift differential,  and grander benefits sitting on their a**'s while other must show why they want to be there working for a brass ring never to be received but awaiting the swift kick in the a** the company is known for, treating people like sh*t..
