We bought a load of shingles from JC Supply in Dayton , Ohio. The shingles were brittle, broken up, algea stained and very aged. We took the shingles back to JC supply to show them what they had just sold us, and they denied selling us the shingles even though we had just bought the shingles hours before. They would not give us any kind of refund. JC is a very dishonest and rude man and claims to sell Grade A shingles but they are actually 2nd grade. Do not buy from this company, if you have an issue with their products dont expect a refund. JC himself ripped us off.

JC Roofing Supply sells both Grade A and loose seconds shingles. Grade A shingles come with a Manfacturer's Warranty and loose seconds are sold "as-is" with no refunds. No refunds on seconds is an industry standard and not unique to our company. Our no refunds on seconds policy is stated on a large sign on our check out counter and is printed on every invoice whether that specific product was purchased or not.
Our company always allows customers to inspect any product they are considering buying before purchasing. Our loose seconds are sourced from a reputable distributor who has provided consistant quality seconds. 95% of loose seconds are as good of quality as Grade A but since that percentage is not 100% they are categorized as seconds and deeply discounted.
JC Roofing Supply has been providing residential and commercial roofing products to the Dayton, Columbus, and surrounding area for 14 years. During this 14 years we have done business with thousands of satisfied customers. We strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction every transaction but occasionally a reconciliation can not be come to.
