First of all I would never go on a ripoff site if this weren't legitimately the case.  I tried to work out my problems with them personally and over the phone.  I even called their 1-800 number to make "Customer Care" aware of my situation.  5 days later with no call backs.  I've decided that my first step will be putting them on this site.  My story has a strange twist, but I'll explain later in detail.  I buy the vehicle and right off the bat it needs to go back for an alignment.  Then it needed brakes.  Then it needed vacuum hoses.  Then it needed this or that and in total I went back in my first six months about six times.  The motor mount went, the abs module blew and the brakes have squeeked non-stop since I got it.  They explain that phenom as "normal".  The last time I took it back they were fixing the A/C that was mysteriously switching from windshield to floor to vent and back again.  They replaced something, but it didn't work.  The worst part is that when I received my van the back A/C motor wasn't working.  He said he'd take a look at it.  I took it back AGAIN. This time I have to pay to have this fixed.  The motor mount wasn't covered so I have to pay 200 dollars and the ABS module was my fault because I switched jumper cables and it came back that way.  Another 200 dollars. But here is the kicker.  When we walked in there as first time car buyers we had no idea what a screwing we were going into.  We signed with full faith they were giving us a good deal.  We signed up to pay 10k for a car that wasn't worth a penny over 4.5k.  That's not the end of it.  At 22% APR interest.  They said this was good because when we were done paying it off we could buy a new car off any lot.  While this may be true, we are on the hook to pay 15k for a vehicle that won't be worth more than 3k when we're done paying it.  That is 5 times actual worth.  JD to the rescue?  I don't think so.  I would of been fine without them rescuing me.  Another bad note is we traded in our 2000 Ford Taurus that ran great for this headache.  Worst mistake of my life.  I would never recommend any of their dealers for anything.

You rambled on so much that I think you forgot the "strange twist" you promised in the beginning of your report.  Because nothing sounds out of the ordinary of someone who lets the dealer screw them.

When you buy a car you buy it "As-Is", that means that anything that goes wrong is your responsibility unless you got them to give you a written warranty.  If the car was only worth 4.5K, why did you agree to 10K?  If the interest rate was 22% why did you agree to that?  You had 2 feet, and apparently a car in good shape..so why did you stay?

By the way just so you know cars are not investments.  They will always be worth less than when you bought it.
