JD BYRIDER OF BOARDMAN OHIO did sell me a truck 3and and a half years ago. nothing got fixed just stuck back together saying it was fixed but it wasn't fixed. and there were so many promises made that never happened. when the service department they said everything was fixed but wasn't plus the 1999 grand am se was still falling apart plus we almost got killed in the car 2 times because it shut off in the middle of the road and both times semi-trucks were coming but finally we got the car started with in seconds before we were hit.

People at the JDBYRIDER STORE IN BOARDMAN said they could not do anything about the car at the service on the car.AND they threadened me saying they were going to take my truck and i just paid my truck off on may 3rd 2007. and my husband and i are both disabled.
the lady from jd byrider said that they could not put a iien on my truck now just because it was paid for.but this is crap about the grand am se!
