Jiffy Lube I denied radiator cap being faulty and didn't need replacement! Tooele Utah

    I went to Jiffy Lube in Tooele to get an oil change. The gentleman told me that my radiator cap wasn't holding pressure. (They had replaced it about a year earlier and tried to tell me the same thing a couple oil changes after that and when I told them they already replaced it they said they would have to replace it for free because it was still under warranty. So after a few minutes they came back to tell me they "checked the original cap again with a different machine and it was fine" Fishy?.) I wasn't going to believe their BULL again! 

      So I told the gentleman this same thing was already told to me before and was a crock. I told him to just top off the radiator fluid, but leave the cap alone. A few days later, my temp goes in the red, so I replaced the cap myself only to find my engine smoking and hissing! I found a small cut hole in my radiator hose and could barely get my car back home! When replacing the radiator hose the next morning, I found a vacuum hose freshly disconnected (clean connector). Took it to Auto Zone and the gentleman there was wonderful and fixed it for me! 

      From now on, I will do my own oil changes! I officially HATE Jiffy Lube and I WONT go back!!!! I have since researched online reviews and found that they're a scheming, dirty company and should be sued and closed down!
