I own a Group on Facebook called South Florida Small Business Networking and because of the spam I wanted to give someone else responsibility and sell administrator rights so I posted that the group is shut down until I find someone on there responsible enough to use the group for good. Immediately Jillian Michalske of Dwight Richterkessing was the first to respond and accused me of being desperate for money because I lost a case against statefarm after being struck from the rear in an accident back in September and accused me of trying to win money to start a small business and went into full detail of where and how the accident took place and posted my work place. Little did she know that the case is still open and all I have been doing is seeking medical treatment to recover and be 100% again. All I wanted was my hospital and treatment bills to be taken care of. To this day the case is still open. Any Statefarm Agent or employee is not allowed to disclose any information to anyone including posting information about the case. I am not only a customer of Statefarm that has a few life insurance policies but my employer uses them for insurance and my sons family are employees of Statefarm. Christoper Tighe Jr. and Senior along with many other family members. When Jillian Michalske made these comments on the group to 10,000 members she was representing her employer Staefarm and Dwight Richterkessing. Jillian Michalske is a recovering Alcoholic and drug addict that has had her children taken away by DCF for neglect and attempting suicide on many different occasions and has been in and out of Halfway houses. She just started getting help and she is in recovery and she relapses on and off. This is who Dwight Richterkessing has employed and she can also access many customers files and do the same to you as a consumer. I would think twice about using Statefarm for any services due to the shady people they hire these days. If I hadn't discovered this post Jillian left on my group then all of the calls and messages from the viewers would be worse then they are at this present time. I Suggest if your going to use Statefarm find another Agent, there are plenty in the area that I am sure are more capable of keeping your private matter private.

Just ignore tgy this person has hurt and demeaned victims of bad businesses. This person blames the victim for being wronged by the person or business that has wronged them. And ignore all the others who will bash you and verbally assault you. TGY is pro business and anti-consumer. We don't have protections or any one to fight for us like the crooked businesses have. So these bad businesses pick and choos which customers to victimize.
There is so many injustices going on. Its just shocking what these businesses can get away with. Because they have the mony they can be thugs and hoodlums.

So then your post is a revenge post. Since this person put out a tidbit of your information, you feel its acceptable to toss a shovel full of their dirt out on the web. Kinda invalidates your argument about putting peoples personal information out on the web. You would have had a good solid case against the individual you are reporting had you kept your mouth shut. But since you have responded IN KIND AND ESCALLATED the situation, any recourse you would have had you have tossed away.
As it wasnt their place to put your personal information out on the web for all to know, it wasnt your place to respond and do the same. Kinda petty of you and really disturbs at the ease in which you commit the very same crime that was commited against you. If you had only taken a bit more of a moral approach to this situation, you could have sued them for this breach. You would have been able to show that you are a innocent victim and a target for a cyber bully. By responding and escallating you have shown yourself to be less of a victim and more of a participant in a online fued.
Maybe in the future if a similar situation arises you will remember to NOT respond in kind. Now the person you have reported has a solid case for slander. You have presented information without proof of wrong doing on their part. You have presented your opinion as fact. Thats slander and defamation of character. All you had to do was report HER behaviour without presenting your opinions and you could have made some cash off of them.
As it stands you will have a hard time convincing persons in authority that you are innocent in all of this. If a judge were to review THEIR post and then YOUR post, both of you would lose. I guess acting in haste does result in repenting at leisure.
