This guy and his company is terrible!!!!! The place was filled with cockroaches, bugs, and mice droppings!!! took them 5 sprays of pesticde to even make a difference he smell as terrrible. I didnt live in it for the last three months. The bug guys even broke a drawer that they charged me for! They did nothing to help me out but spray when they felt the ob was done and it wasnt. They ended up chcarging me more money for a place that no one would want to rent! Their employees are scums and ripoffs just like the owner, how can one person work for someone like him and be like this? They are terrible nobody should ever use his company ever! I recommend to all U of Minnesota students to avoid at all costs! if you want pictures and proof of all this please reply in the comment box and I will send emails and photos!!!!!
