There is no previous account ownerof corruptkenbuck.com. This is a a continuing campaign to obstruct the rights of felony victim, Mr. Buck knows he is going to be sued in Federal Court for deprivation of Rights.

Background:

Buckley sued his former employer, Dream Stone, Inc. for wages due upon termination of employment. Dream stone Marble & Granite owners, Ron Murphy, Scott Murphy, and Ida Murphy swore to the Court, through their criminally complicit attorney, Daniel T. Goodwin of Donelson, Ciancio, & Grant, P.C., that the matter of Buckley's wages was before the Colorado Division of Labor.

The employers, through their criminally complicit counsel, simultaneously swore to the Colorado Division of Labor, that the matter of Buckley's wages was before the Court. Buckley refused to attend deposition by an officer of the Court, whom had worked a fraud upon the Court (Goodwin). Dream Stone was fraudulently awardeddefault judgment, and they immediately slapped a $20,000.00 lien on Buckley's home.

Buckley spent in excess of a year begging law enforcement for help. Finally, he was forced to contact the former employer; demanding the fraudulently obtained lien be removed from his home.

Corrupt Weld County DA Ken Buck has said (of the spurious lien), "You just need to get over it and move on with your life. There is nobody in this office who will help you".

With personal knowledge of the multiple felonies committed by Dream Stone, Ron Murphy, Scott Murphy, Ida (Eve) Murphy, and their criminally complicit attorney, Daniel T. Goodwin, corrupt Weld County District Attorney Ken Buck threw Buckley in jail for Harassment.

Buckley was jailed March 10, 2011, and awaits trial on one count of Class 3 Misdemeanor Harassment, September 19 20, 2012. Yes, that's right, a two day trial for a misdemeanor for which the plea bargain was 20 hours of community service. Mr. Buck is now attempting to silence the highly publicized corruptkenbuck.com, before the jury in empaneled in People v. Buckley. Ken Buck, in total disregard of the law, particularly Buckley's 14th Amendment right to equal protection, knows he must win this case by any necessary means, legal or illegal. With Ken Buck's provable pattern of ethics and rights violations, Buck knows his so-called career can't take another hit.

Buckley has vowed that this will not end until his family and home are safe from the four year campaign of harassment inflicted by Ron Murphy, Scott Murphy, and Ida (Eve) Murphy, and more recently, Corrupt Ken Buck.
