John Fedro J-Fed scam artist, ran my house to the ground, subleasing to others and collecting rent, holes in wall Internet

I am currently a student of John Fedro and I have always been absolutely delighted with his demeanor, professionalism and kindness.

In a world with many rude and self serving people John stands out as an authentic individual who desires to help others.

I do not believe one word of this complaint.  Not One!

I've worked with John as a student in his Real Estate course and I find it hard to believe John would do something like this.  Since I started working with John in 2011 he has been extremely helpful with any questions that I have.  If I call him or contact him through email or text he responds with in the same day, sometimes just minutes after. 

That was one thing that made him stand out from the others,  that he is very assessable.  He didn't take my money and disappear.  From my experience he seems to have a solid moral and ethical business.  I would recommend John to anyone that wants to get into Real Estate for a business or who is looking to sell or buy a home. 

I don't believe the facts of this situation based on the way my dealings with John have gone. He's been an upstanding guy, followed through on his word, and responded promptly and courteously to my phone calls.

I hope to know John for many years because he's the kind of expert you want to have in your Rolodex. I don't know the details of the situation cited by the disgruntled homeowner above but it seems like a case of sour grapes or overblown expectations.

I've talked with other people who've done business with John and they've had nothing but glowing things to say.

So based on my own positive experiences and those of others I've talked to this seems like an overblown report.

I will go to the ends of the Earth to promote John Fedro.  This makes me sick to my stomach to hear someone that obviously just wants to slam Mr Fedro because of a deal that went sour.  I have sat with John on over 10 occasions and have had seen with my own eyes the pleasure from both sellers and buyers shake Johns hand from a deal well done!  John even makes it a point to get hand written reviews at the closing table from each party to show their extreme happiness from working with John or his company!  Anyone reading this should not base an decision on a lone negative comment.  John has been in the business of Real Estate for over 9 years and is loved by ALMOST all his past relationships.

John Fedro is an AMAZING Realtor and mobile home Investor PERIOD.

I met John a few years back at a real estate investor meeting. He seemed to talk a big game. There was just something about him that did not make me want to trust him. I did not know him personally but heard from others who had bad dealings with him. I am not surprised at this report. I did go to his website, http://www.mobilehomemadness.com but it points to http://www.mobilehomeinvesting.net and it says he lives in Houston, Texas. I did not know he is selling courses now. I would be cautious for anyone looking to work with him. There is just something fishy about him.

I have known John since 2004.  He is NOTHING like the person described
in the report above.  John helped to buy my mobile home in Temple Terrace, Fl
in 04.  In all my dealings with John he has always been reliable,
honest, knowledgeable, caring, and professional.  I would recommend
John to anyone that needs help sell their home in a hurry.  We sold on-time and he delivered everything he promised to me and my kids, who
also think very highly of John.  I was and still am very happy with my
past business relationship with John. Thank you.
