John Moore Central Florida Wealth aka eflooratrade.com Churned, lied, defrauded, and sued for telling the truth about it. Orlando, Florida

I was churned lied to and defrauded while a customer of John Moore at efloortrade. After what he did i told him i was going to post on the internet what he did if he didn't make me an acceptale offer of compensation for the losses he caused. His non response tiggered what i said i would do. So he filed a lawsuit against me for libel and slander in the Orange County Florida Courts to cover his a*s of what he'd done and shut me up. Now he wants out of the lawsuit and wants to drop his case against me. He has caused me more grief in a year than i've suffered in a lifetime and he's put me in a very foul mood. Below is his proposal to drop the lawsuit against me as received from my counsel. All this guy does is cover his a**.

Defendant is prohibited from making any statements or comments on the Internet, via email, or in any other written forum, regarding the Plaintiffs which include any variation of the following terms: ponzi scheme, fraud, churning or churned, criminal, scam, illegitimate trading, bogus trade, disrespect for the letter of direction, false advertising, dishonest, no ethics, lie, or misrepresentation.

To the extent that any postings, or links, that Defendant made or caused regarding the Plaintiffs re-appear on the Internet or a search engine index, including postings under the screen names Larry, Cleaned Out, or ripped for 100000, Defendants shall take any and all reasonable actionto remove these postings from the Internet, including, but not limited to, requesting the removal of the postings, links, and listings from Internet search engines indices including, but not limited to, Google, Yahoo, Bing, and Ask.com. Plaintiff shall notify Defendant in writing via certified mail if any such postings or links re-appear.

To the extent that any postings, or links, re-appear either on the Internet or a search engine index which were made or caused by Defendants and refer to the Plaintiffs and include the terms ponzi scheme, fraud, churning or churned, criminal, scam, illegitimate trading, bogus trade, disrespect for the letter of direction, false advertising, dishonest, no ethics, lie, or misrepresentation, Defendants shall take any and all reasonable actionto remove these postings from the Internet, including, but not limited to, requesting the removal of the postings, links, and listings from Internet search engines indices including, but not limited to, Google, Yahoo, Bing, and Ask.com. Plaintiff shall notify Defendant in writing via certified mail if any such postings or links re-appear.
