John Scott is an honest intelligent man who functions with integrity. Having been closely connected with him for several years I have wittnessed him carry on business and personal interactions. His approach to every interaction is always the same, rooted in interity and honesty. He is very upfront and clear about his expectations and intentions when creating agreements with others. He expects nothing more of others than he offers, integrity and honesty. He is the most fair person I have ever had dealings with. If you had a deal go bad with John Scott you should take a good look in the mirror and ask yourself Why?

I have done business with this individual since 1987. I've found him to be forthright, honest, personable. The claims made by the perosn filing the original report are questionalble. I don't believe them, neither should you.

I have known John Scott for over 3 years, he is one of the most brilliant business man I have met, and an extremely intelligent human being.  I would believe that any negative comments about him are due to a business deal that the other party could not live up to his side of the agreement, or perform the promised product.

John is a man of intergrity, honest and live by a high moral standard, that few people in this world possess. He would never "hide" behind anything, he takes responsibility for his actions and doesn't live his life in fear.  Before you make a judgement of another human get your facts, and make your own opinion, not that of another...

I am a past employee of John Scott.  About 10 years ago, I worked with and for John over a 10 year period and this so-called "Rip-Off" report is a defamatory report.  John Scott has more integrity than any person that I have ever come in contact with, including family.  I find it ironic that the person reporting this on a "Rip-Off" site is obviously trying to rip-off Mr. Scott's character.  During all of the time I spent around him, John has always been a "true-to-his-word" type of man and has never done anything mentioned in this complaint.  With his character and integrity, he would never do any of these things that are being claimed.  I'm astonished to have even read anything this absurb.

This complaint against me was generated by a disgruntled individual that operates a tiny web design facility out of a rented, shared office space in Old Town Temecula. I'd retained him to generate a website. After months of waiting and weeks past the completion deadline he had accomplished nearly nothing and absolutely nothing of any tangible value or consequence other than taking my money. I ended the association and requested a refund of monies that were paid for services never received. He refused. I respectfully informed this individual that if he refuses to refund my money I'd have no choice but to pursue him legally. His response was "you'll have to catch me first".

I took the matter to and through the Riverside County small claims process and sued him for material breech of contract via case number TES1100414. The judge immediately found in my favor and required this individual to refund my money that very day, right there in court. This is fact, a matter of public record, and can be viewed and confirmed by anyone that wishes to do so.

I harbor no hard feelings towards this individual. In fact I feel deep empathy for him as he has to live daily in his immaturity and lack of courage or integrity. It's a shame when boys are not raised to become men, or even understand what it means to be a man. Hopefully someday this individual will choose to seek the professional help he desperately needs.

As for the readers here: Any individual that functions by a set of (or more so lack of) boundaries that allows them to form an opinion based on the writings of someone lacking even the basic courage to identify themselves, let alone tell the truth, is an individual I have no desire to engage. As for any others that may have an interest in any dynamics within this post I fully encourage you to simply investigate facts and the truth will reach out to you.
