Wow, $ 120,000 dollars.  Let me let you in on Law 101.   The courts got tired of dealing with John Temrowski.  I don't have a checking account to write Mr. Temrowski out a check for $120,000.   Besides, this is a recommended order to try and appease all parties.  Well it's not going to fly.  He didn't prove anything. You have to have a trial to PROVE anything.  The case never went to trial.  

The courts got tired of dealing with an idiotic defamation of character suit for $250,000.  The case NEVER went to trial, so nothing was PROVED.  Temrowski will never receive a dime.  The whole thing got to be a pain in the butt. The cry baby attorney took three years to beg for a some money because he's broke.  He has to have his wife run a bead business in order for him to pay his bills.

The judge in charge of the case fails to realize that Macomb County has no jurisdiction, therefore, the judgement is non-enforceable.  Temrowski will never receive a dollar.  In addition, Judge Biernat was too uneducated to realize that civil rights can not be violated.  You can not sue some one for their basic right to express an opinion.  

John Temrowski went after me because he had to cover up his drug addiction, his obsession with prostitutes, his lying and his failing practice.  Why would an attorney have to do this if he was a reputable attorney to begin with?  Because he had no more clients.  He ripped off too many clients.   It was in my best interest to not bother to hire an attorney.  Why pay an attorney to represent me for something he was never going to win?  

It was a waste of time.   He also has no garnishment order and he never will; primarily because he was too stupid to file  his suit in Oakland County.   Communications Privacy Act wipes this entire suit out.   Temrowski can be granted $1,000,000 but without a garnish order, which he will never get, it's useless.  I was told this from Oakland County courts from day one.

I think you have to ask yourself one question, why did this attorney go through so much trouble.  Because his business was failing because of all the people he has ripped off.  This was the only way he could try and save face.

A Macomb County attorney, John Temrowski, has been wrongfully under attack by an individual named Kirk
Huddleston, 544 Pheasant Lane, Walled Lake MI (248) 622-8961. What is the
relationship? Temrowski represented Kirk Huddlestons ex-wife in divorce proceedings
in the Macomb County Circuit Court. Obviously, he did too good of a job. Beginning in November 2010,
Kirk Huddleston wigged out and began an unwarranted attack against Temrowski
to defame his good name, character and reputation. In order to defend himself,
Temrowski was left with no alternative but to sue Kirk Huddleston for
defamation of character and false light privacy. Temrowski filed his lawsuit in late 2010.

Beginning in November 2010, Kirk Huddleston wigged out and began an unwarranted attack against Temrowski
to defame his good name, character and reputation. In order to defend himself,
Temrowski was left with no alternative but to sue Kirk Huddleston for
defamation of character and false light privacy. Temrowski filed his lawsuit in late 2010.

While the lawsuit was pending, Temrowski proved that each of the negative comments written on the
RipOff Report website were in fact published by Kirk Huddleston. Thats right
folks, every negative comment you read about Temrowski was published by Kirk
Huddleston. He loves to pretend to be other people and will go to any extent to
harm the good name and reputation of Temrowski.

 If you look at the sequence of the publications, you will note that there is a gap from July 2011 to April
2012 where Kirk Huddleston didnt publish anything about Temrowski. That is
because he hired an attorney who convinced Kirk that he should not be making
such false and defamatory statements against an innocent individual. However,
when Kirks attorney got fed up with his lies and unseemly behavior, he
withdrew from the case and Kirk Huddleston represented himself. As one of the
great leaders of our country said, a person who represents themselves as an
attorney has a fool for a client. Kirk Huddleston proved this to be true.

Kirk Huddleston became so preoccupied with destroying the good name of Temrowski that he went so far as
to stop seeing his son. In fact, Huddleston hasnt seen his son in two and a
half years. The child reports never being happier. Obviously, Kirk Huddlestons
role as a father is equal to the role he plays in a civilized society when he abandons
his only child and goes to such extent as to wrongfully attack the reputation of a good attorney.

Kirk  Huddleston went so far to destroy Temrowskis good name and reputation that he filed a Complaint with the
Attorney Grievance Commission. Keeping with his normal character, the Complaint Kirk Huddleston filed was full of lies. Within
a few short weeks, the Attorney Grievance Commission cut through Huddlestons
lies like a hot knife going through butter and denied the Complaint and closed the case. Another blow for Huddleston.

On January 29, 2013,Temrowskis defamation case against Huddleston went to trial. At the one day
trial, Temrowski offered evidence that Kirk Huddleston published each and every
one of the negative comments posted about him on this website, that the
comments about Temrowski were false, that they were defamatory and that they
cast Temrowski in a false light in the public eye. On March 4, 2013, the Court
issued an opinion and order and AGREED with Temrowski and awarded him $120,000.00
in damages against Kirk Huddleston. Pull out your checkbook Kirky boy; its
time to pay for your lying and deceitful behavior. This is the guy who said a defemation case would lead to nothing at all but once again he was Wrong!!  Its been a long road but one that has been well worthit.

I have tried to keep my two cents worth out of this whole situation.  I told myself I wasn't going to comment but I guess I decided it was worth it after all of what I have read.   John Temrowski is nothing more that one of the biggest losers I have ever met.  I just found out this past weekend, and he puts this in his own words and admits to it, that he asked to USE a 12 year old little boy as a decoy for at least one of these bogus lawsuits that he has been filing with Macomb County.  Shame on the mother for allowing this, but shame on this man, as he is an attorney and is suppose to be a professional for even making this request.

Yes, JOHN TEMROWSKI, an attorney out of Utica, Michigan used a 12 year old boy as a decoy for a stupid and ridiculous DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER suit.  I would argue that by using a 12 year old little boy shows that you essentially have no character.  And the only reason, I don't use my name is because I just don't feel like becoming another one of his victims in another civil suit.  Even an attorney told me that this guy is the craziest attorney or individual that he has ever had to deal with and wished me luck.  He has no idea how he has ever even had a career with the way he does business.

SHAME on YOU JOHN TEMROWSKI. 

Wait.....................he has none.  If the man had any clients, then he sure as hell wouldn't be going around the courts to file lawsuits that have no potential other than to just make him look worse.  I do believe that ONE person got this going but if just brought all of the people that he has ripped off out of the woodwork. 

If I had some career advice for this man, give it up, move, maybe even retire.  No matter what you do, win, lose or draw, you're not going to come out of this looking like a competent lawyer.  Too much publicity, anyone would be an idiot to hire someone like JOHN TEMROWSKI when there are thousands of lawyers out there;  just common sense.

Rumor has it that he even tried to get the local news to cover his story but when they found out how many people were against this guy after having either been ripped off or harassed by this guy, they refused. 

This loser has become too high profile to be able to represent anyone with any stature or high profile themselves.  The few clients he has are pretty much either low lifes or trash.  Hell, when you have to offer your services for less than $100 an hour what does that tell you.

I'm not quite sure why his clients' feel the need to post all of their personal problems online about this guy.  No matter what, this man is a crook that the public should know about.  As far as who he defends, he is an attorney, he can defend whoever he wants.  But to steal from people and run from state to state, it's against the law for one.  And it's something his potential victims should know about.

This guy may defend what he has done and who he has done what to but I do know that this man is being investigated even at the moment.  I sure as hell wouldn't invest in this guy.

How much can this guy continue to go on and on and on about a subject?  This guy is the real IDIOT!  He has obviously not heard of personal service and there is Nothing illegal about it! We shall see who is telling the truth when the video surveillance camera will show this guy and his lovely wife being approached not once, not twice but 3 times.  You will also see Mrs. Blank....Oh l'm sorry Mrs. Huddleston being served her subpoena's in which she failed to appear today and will be charged in contempt of court tomorrow. The look on her face alone was breathtaking...NOT!!!   I served her personally as well as gave him his information so it wouldn't have to bother to be mailed. We wouldn't want anyone to steal it 'wink wink'.

The reason this tool had to have visitation with his son at the Care facility was because of the way he treated his then 12 year old son. This subject will be brought up in the evidentuary hearing and will be quite useful along with testimony from Mr. Gimik as to the character of these two and his personal expieriences.  I sure hope he has the documentation we do because a fake e-mail address blacked out isn't going to do much good.  Miss Alferera wanted to jump out of her seat b/c he couldn't get his story straight....blah, blah, blah get with it already.  There is seven weeks on record of Mr. Huddleston making no effort to communicate with his son yet made every effort to read Barney and the backyard gang. Mr 'Ron' mailed everything to the custodial parent that basically said these visits are useless! At that time the meetings were brought to an end. So sorry you couldn't finish reading your paper or Big Bird learns his A,B, C's.  So he was supposed to go to football practice, go home and eat, do homework only to spend an hour and a half being looked at like he's a b*stard at a family reunion!

The counselor pretty much came to the same conclusion. That the now 13 year old involved in the middle of all of this was a very polite, respectable well rounded young man in all areas of his life except with his father whom has made every effort to walk in and out of his life as he felt like,  until it just wasn't tolerated anymore. In short after a meeting with Nicks mother what basically was said was ' He gets it!!!  In all areas where most children tend to blame themselves Nick 'gets it'.  He knows this guys poor behavior and unexcusable actions is not a reflection on the young man he has grown into.  This kid is literally the nicest person and wasn't so anxious to spend time with a guy that referred to him as a 'retard, p*ssy and f*ck up!!  (Yes, thats the dream of every young teenage boy to have a father like that)  Glad the documentation shows  Nicks phone being taken away that day for even entertaining this jerk and texting him back. When it was picked up after school the comment that was made to his sister was  'Who the hell is this guy????'  I think Dad forgot their are  tower numbers connected  with cell phones (Dumb!)







This is also the 'IDIOT' who files a false police report on his  ex wife and again got nowhere b/c as the officer has written on the back of the report that was obtained 'Mr. and Mrs Huddlestons' stories written directly after the incident did not mix with eachother at all.  One time the child was present and the next statement he wasn't.  Kim  Huddleston was too much of a coward to show up and speak in person after submitting her report  so makes a phone call and leaves a message when asked to come in for questioning.  I would advise in the future a filing of a false police report be made. The photo on there was from the metal on the end of a mop and he claimed it was from a beating with a broom handle LOL,  we will have to thank the lil guy for clearing that one up but couldn't believe his father and step mother would out right LIE like that about his mother. Then again these two tools are the ones who accused the kid of stealing a 'ring' too!  Ya think we got that false claim made????   He knew his father had tons of issues but between that and his stepmother referring in an e-mail to him as a retard, brat and a thief he knew that they were both CRAZY!!! (This was someone that weeks later tried to hug and kiss the kid until Mr. Ron saw the disgusted look on Nicks face and informed Kim to keep her hands off him. Gee I wonder why the lil guy wouldn't be receptive to someone thats treated him so well???







  However; its not the ONLY false report obtained by his  ex wife.  I have on file one that has Mr. Huddleston claiming some random teenager was walking by and said 'Better cancel that court date on the 8th a*****e'  The a*****e part is correct but the rest wasn't. He walked out of the court room on Nov 8th and went scampering off like a lil' bunny crying b/c as usual he lost in court, in fact he's been on quite a roll lately LOL!   The whole report was broken down by Lisa who obtained it  and it was quite entertaining what was figured out. First of all the report claimed the guy was a coffee drinker and he doesn't touch the stuff, then he was hit by a YUKON of all things and struck in the right shoulder according to statement yet the photo shows this guys HUGE GUT and Man b***s with a bruise on the LEFT Side!!! 

When She saw the photo and was asked 'recognize this guy?' She had NO idea it was him. Sad actually for someone that goes around posting spidey pics and bathing suits that are supposably her, this guy looks like the guy from family guy with his shirt off!!!  The real kicker....He was 'hit by a car, not a bike but a moving vehicle so hard that it bruised his arm, yet when he slammed his head from the impact there was nothing what so ever there according to the police report AND once again they knew the guy was full of B.s**t!!!!







Kim is NO SAINT either, it was discovered that she had a PPO filed on her by her 'good friend' and 'co-worker' at the time. Tires popped out, a brick through glass 'wink wink' and key marks on her car. OH and SADLY it was revealed that her animals were very ill when brought back in her home!!!! Sick and cruel wouldn't begin to describe these two!!!! Nothing came of it but she was more upset and scared I think for fear of what they would continue to do.  Luckily thats NOT the situation here..]  As far as the 'show cause' the bottom line was and is this guy is a classic dead beat father that thinks  sending twenty bucks twice a year is supposed to feed a five foot four  inch 125 lb boy.  Too bad for Kirk the ex-wife isn't as ignorant as the one he has now.  This dummy wrote receipts for double the amt. her ex husband gave her. How Stupid!!!!  This guy doesn't have a penny to his name, but the $ spent filing motions and gas to get to them has been comical enough!!!  All I can say is 'don't bend over to pick up the soap LOL!



 The sad part is after hearing the fake facebook acct. in Nicks name has once again talked about his grandmother who has passed and claims she's a liar, extortionist and con is where Nick drew the line and said 'Forget it, this guys still an a*****e and I don't want anything to do with him'.  His sister isn't and wasn't pregnant and quitting school, she's graduated and will be in college and living on her own in the fall.  Can Kirk get anything right?????







This will be Nicks last year at Clawson and both he and his mother are thrilled to be farther away from this situation. It just never ends and he consumes his entire life with it. He's a jerk as a husband, a dead beat as a father and terrible in 'pro per' 'wink wink'! I think we should just call this DISMISSED!
