John Wincewicz Stole 5000$ from me Olympia Washington

1. The welders are "TESTED" at the Factory before shipping!..IT WAS "NEVER" POWERED UP AT MY HOUSE, (NEVER WIRED IN THE 200V IT NEEDED)!

2. The crate he received was the identical crate it was shipped in, (I never threw it away in case I needed to move it)

3. JOHN HANCOCK STILL OWES ME MONEY!!!!

4. WILL NEVER PAY IT!!!!

1.John Hancock failed to make shipping arraingements to Sweden where he was living?

2.He also failed to pick up the Welder for 9 Months!

3.He PAID NO STORAGE for those 9 Months!

4. He got a BRAND NEW WELDER! "NEVER PLUGGED IN BY ME" (NEVER HAD THE MACHINE TURNED ON) They "test" them at the factory before shipping! If Mrs Hancock could read, which most IDIOTS CAN'T...She/He would know that!

5. I'm not sure if She/he is a boy or girl? But I know it's NOT A MAN.....

6.Not Man enough to show up to pick it up in Person?....sent his Brother in Law..

7.John Hancock is a MOUSE who hides behind lies! PERIOD!

forgot two things:

1) John advertised the welder as new, unused, never even hooked up to the power. However, the welder has a meter that showed 1 hour of spark time. Welder was in good shape, but the never hooked up part was a lie.

2) John contracted, for $200, to crate and ship the welder to me. He did crate the welder, but what he did was simply attach it with two wood screws to a pallet. If it had been shipped like that it would have incurred severe damage.

A few more facts:

1) I followed up on this situation with the following actions:

Filed a lawsuit (in case you need it: www.co.thurston.wa.us/distcrt/smallclaims.htm). Olympia is a beautiful place to visit. If you're in the same boat that I was, look at it as a nice vacation.

Contacted the local police (Olympia Fraud Internet Task Force 360 786 5519, very helpful)

Filed a complaint with the FBI www.ic3.gov (still haven't heard back from them after nearly a year).

2) John did a 180 degree turn after getting a call from the police and was very helpful and I am glad to report that the situation has been resolved.

4) At one point in this saga John had his paypal account cancelled and threatened that I wouldn't get the welder unless I redacted my complaint. However, it wasn't me that filed the complaint--I unfortunately waited too long.

5) Found out from the police that John already has a criminal record and has an outstanding warrant for his arrest (don't know what for).

6) I did post an update to ripoff report back in May stating simply that the situation had been resolved--without all the extra information in this update. However, for some reason it did not get posted by ripoffreport. If John had simply contacted me and asked me again to update the report, I would have done so gladly without the extra information. His reaction: calling me a "lier" just shows what you're dealing with with John...

7) Perjury (not perjery) is lying under oath in a court of law, to legal authorities or in legal documents. Even if I had lied on ripoff report, it certainly wouldn't be a federal offense with a 4 year sentence.

After finally talking his Brother in law to come pick up his welder several months ago he FAILED TO UPDATE HIS COMPLAINT like he said he would? I guess I should have expected him to lie again! Once a liar.....ALWAYS A LIER!!

My question to John Hancock is, why don't you just abide by our agreement and do the lawful thing? Pay monies owed then arrange shipment like you agreed to do?
