We address all readers attention to one of the most serious cases we have ever been contracted to investigate concerning what has to one of the most disreputable and insidious professional Canadian scam artists: a Mr. Josephus Delacorte Lewis  of 19 Farncomb Crescent, Bowmanville Ont. (AKAs: J.D. Lewis, Jay Lewis, Vcdc99@yahoo.com, WFS Marketing Consultants, Auto-Rent Direct, URN Direct.  There have been some very serious allegations of fraud transactions, theft of funds using an unlimited number of schemes and theft of services scams.

Our research, which includes reports obtained from judiciary resources in Ottawa, Toronto, Manitoba, Alberta, fifteen collection agency claims that contain collection filings which list numerous defrauded vendors and creditors among which we found Enterprise Rent-a-Car clients unpaid from an Auto Rent Direct scam, two recently posted landlord/tenant eviction judgements totalling over $50,000, a law firm to which said gentleman owes thousands of dollars plus interest; credit card fraud investigation records, check kiting
fraud, depositing of counterfeit checks and money-laundering schemes through most of Canadas major banks and a money services business in Vancouver who also obtained a judgement. There are many small investors who are still angrily trying to collect loans that they made to his enterprises. We also found his
name in a database with a large outstanding bill due to a major Hotel chain that he recently skipped out on and a heavy financial sanction by the Manitoba Securities Commission that remains unpaid.

There are also a number of scams perpetrated in the USA where victims are still owed millions of dollars. The complaint listings are too numerous to list. He also holds himself out to be a financier who, for an up front fee, will find funding for projects. Many of his duped clients are still clamouring for their money back. This leads our firm to conclude that the allegations we were contracted to investigate for a Canadian law firm client have merit. It also means that the Auto-Rent direct scams listed with Rip-Off Report
are valid.

Therefore, take note of the numerous AKAs used by this gentleman and stay away from any of his promotions as you can only be successful at losing your money with him.
