Judge Jeremy Weinstein chief judge of Queens Supreme Court for over 8 years and needs to be removed due to his permitting misconduct and fraud in his court and it seems intentional churning of cases and extortion of legal fees by attorneys many of whom are connected to the bar association, he knows about abuses to litigants rights in his court but failed to intervene in anyway. Please send investigators to observe the serious misconduct and ethics violations in Queens Supreme Court which is ignored and permitted by Judge Weinstein. He allows the court to fall apart wherein the elevators do not work and he has way too many court officers, clerks, and others getting paid to do nothing. When it comes to filing a case in the dysfunctional court it will take more than a year to get relief in most cases and sometimes 10 or more years wherein your life saving will be extorted and your case churned. Many of the lawyers are from the local bar association and are good pals with the judges and the corruption is rampant in many transactions and proceedings in this court. A litigant Sunny Sheu had his house stolen from him for 10 years only to have it transferred back to his name when he was murdered due to investigating his judge allegedly and he did a u tube video to prove this on line. Many litigants in divorce court there have had their life savings and even their children stolen from them and deaths have occured under Judge Strauss watch wherein he made foolish decisions due to some incompetence and he ruined lives of families and is still there. Many of the judges do very little work all day and instead all litigants are stuck for hours along with lawyers in the central motion part for one to four hours a day to get their case before the court and they have to do this several times on each case most of the time wasting litigants money and time and jacking up fees for lawyers but wasting their time and sometimes money too
