You're threatening ME, Juliet Tyler. All of my threats are that I will sue you for wrong doings... and you are trying your best to turn it into a criminal... You're barking up a wrong tree here... I am telling you my family will annihilate your entire dinasty if you're down to engage in litigation... Why don't you just stop and think? If this person chooses too, they can retain a lawyer, get a court order to get your IP address that you have listed and pretty much nail down that it was YOU who posted this, then go after you in civil court. Now I know your probably thinking that the civil courts wont do anything to you. You would be mistaken my friend. They can and will garner your wages. They can put you into bankruptcy. They can even put you in jail.

SO were I you, I would retract those statements quickly. Yes it looks like you lost your job, do better next time. The internet isnt a tit for tat kinda thing. What you post is pretty much permanent. I would suggest that the appropriate way to handle this isnt "screaming" at each other online. You both are adults and should be able to come up with a solution that is well accepted on both sides. Not degenerate into name calling and reputation bashing. I mean really what are 6 yrs old? Act like an adult and handle your business like adults, not like children.

Threats online are still threats. Try and remember that next time you post. You CAN be held accountable. Just because your sitting in your home is no logical reason to start this kind of behavour. All it takes is one person going to the police, specifically the cyber crimes division and its all over for you. I might also add that not only have you threatend this person, you are attempting to blackmail them for your job. Thats not good. It shows that you KNEW what you were doing and you wont be able to plead ignorance. Not that the courts would accept ignorance as a plea. Maybe 15 years ago you could have gotten away with that plea, but not now.

If you are reading this, it means you likely are researching me to see if we might be a good fit for your upcoming Real Estate transaction.  The 'report' that was submitted by Mr Alex S in response to a negative review I gave to the company he works for, Alpha and Omega Moving and Storage (Sun Valley, CA) on Yelp.com  and the subsequent complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau.  Since my review and letter, Mr Alex Sage communicated to me that if I did not alter or remove my review then he would retaliate by posting negative reviews about my business.  

In order to prove that I am an ethical and honest agent, you can easily email or look up online any information about any complaint ever filed with the government agency that oversee and regulates all Oregon real estate agents, the Oregon Real Estate Board here:

 This will include any complaints that have ever been investigated, whether they are true or untrue.  These include not only criminal violations, but ethical violations such as misrepresentations, negligence, breaking the fiduciary duty or confidentiality with a client- the list goes on and is thorough.  I have been licensed since July of 2007 and have never had a complaint filed against me.  If what Mr Alex S's claim says is true, then it's likely that I would have at least one complaint filed with this agency.  At this time, I am only licensed in Oregon.

Further proof that I am ethical and honest can be obtained by contacting my Principal Broker at Keller Williams Portland Central.  You simply call the main office number which is 503-548-4848 and ask for the "reviewing broker".  The Principal Broker (or reviewing broker) is required to oversee the agents in their office.  This licensed Realtor is responsible for making sure that the agents below her are not only following the rules, but are acting in an ethical manner
