 This is Joel Hahn the owner at JCB. You can call me anytime at our office or stop by. We have nothing to hide here. I am actually very hurt by the comments that were made here...and I contacted the writer because I know exactly who wrote it. He is avoiding me. I would just like to make it very clear that these are all VERY BIG LIES! I will back up everything I say with proof also.

Blayke...please don't take any of this as an insult. I am just giving the public the truth...so I'm just going to fill everyone in. Please don't take it negatively. I don't mean anything bad by it...I am just going to state the truth. 

So before I even begin I am going to let everyone know the kind of person we are dealing with here. He is a young man that gets fired from every company that he works for, and then leaves bad complaints about them on the interent. He can't keep a job for more than a few months. He didn't even finsish his 90 day probation period with us. The only reason he got hired with us was because we had a brand new manager hire him that had never hired before. Normally an employee like him wouldn't get hired based off of his unstable work history and inability to hold a job. 

He was fired from our company because he was caught looking for another job on craigslist two different times while on the clock. He was unhappy about us changing back to commission. Please also know that he was responsible for making us switch back to commission. We were tracking his progress before he was fired, and found out he was avoiding answering the phone since he knew that everybody was too busy to pay attention. After we found out...we called a company meeting and warned the group that we knew there were a few individuals that weren't answering the phones (His job description was to answer the phone and buy cars from the customer). We told the employees that we were thinking of switching back to commission because of this behaviour. The employees actually voted to switch back to commission at a meeting that was held the day that this employee was off. So he came back to work and found out that the company voted to switch back to commission because they all make much more money when on the commission structure. Blayke was very unhappy about this because he knew that he was going to have to actually work when he came in, and that we could no longer steal time from us and get paid. 

Here are excerpts of other complaints he has put on ripoff report for other companies. He takes advantage of companies all of the time, and then tries to make them look bad. 

"So I went in undercover to a large number of these company's for the last 3 year's of my life. One thing that I happen to have going for me is I am a very good salesman so I am naturally good at deceiving people, as well as these idiotic and greedy employers. I trick these companies into hiring me and fully revealing how there company works once I am legally able to and reveal the true company behind the mask. I did this to 5 dfferen't companies before I came across Alpine Payment Systems or Columbia Advance Group (both owned by the same guy)."

 Now I will confront each one of his accusations. 

 "We complained about paying minimum wage"

NO...We did't complain about minimum wage...YES we did complain about hourly wage. Its because we used to pay commission only...but we decided to make a rule that we would pay minimum wage for the first 90 days while the employees are on the probationary period. The problem that we began to see was that employees began answering less than half the phone calls once they learned that they were hourly. They realized that they would still get paid the same whether they worked hard, or hardly worked at all. There was no incentive for them to come to work and do a great job. So we hated hourly wage, and shared our frustration with the employees that we look at as family. 

"We never pay bonus's or give advancements"

This one is just plain false. We have people advancing and hitting bonus's all of the time. Blayke only worked with us for a couple months and in that time we were testing out "Hourly Wage" to see how it worked out. People get very healthy bonus's and in fact make more than Myself, or Andrew. 

"Job Is A Dead End Job"

Not True! Just like any other company. The opportunity is there for whoever wants it. Obviously every company has important positions with big responsibilites. So if you wan't to advance...you have to prove yourself to be able to take on more responsibilty. Blayke could be a manager for us today...but he chose to watch "Netflix" and play "Candy Crush" instead. So if you are that kind of worker...then yes its a dead end job. If you are a hard worker...please apply. You will do well. Blayke was let go because he avoided answering phone calls, and everytime I looked...he was watching the TV show "Breaking Bad", and playing computer games.

"They Pretend to be Godly but are full of greed"

We don't pretend to be Godly. We love God, and we attribute our success to Him. We are Christians, and we try to live by His standard. We have ran a program the last 2 years hiring ex-felons, the homeless, & drug addicts off the street. We try to rehabilitate people to give them a chance to get back up on their feet. This has cost us litterally 100's of Thousands of dollars to do. It actually was costing us so much that we recently had to stop doing it, because with the size of the company and the overhead...it is no longer financially possible to continue without going out of business. 

"They also do not pay employees what they owe them. 3 employees got screwed out of pay while I was there."

This one actually makes me mad because this is just plain stupid and lights a fire in my chest. This is the biggest freaking lie ever! HELLO! We are regulated by employment agencies. You guys clock in and clock out. We use an outside accounting agency. It is litterally impossilbe for us to screw any employee. On top of that, I fear God. So there is no way I screw anyone on account of fearing God seeing all that I do. I take myself very seriously, and I take the way I treat people very seriously. I invite any disgruntled employee to call me or come see me anytime. I promise to make things right if I have ever wronged anyone. I take my integrity very seriously. 

"One actually work months with out getting one pay check and when he finally got one it was for only $400."

You obviously didn't actually talk to the employee that you are talking about. Well I contacted him to find out where you got this story from, and he said he never told you that. He said he was confused about his last check because he thought he got hourly + commission...it was a confusing time because the pay structure was changing from hourly to commission. He isn't one who likes to complain and I helped him out a lot with giving him a job...so he didn't want to confront me about his confusion. So here is exactly what he made. 

He started May 2nd and he was forced to leave on July 5th because of personal issues. So that is basically two months. In that time he made exactly $5,042. That's not bad at all for a brand new job. I wish he didn't have to leave because he was a great employee and I had plans of him being the new buying manager after his 90 day probation period was over. 

"Joel is incapable of making up his mind about anything. He is truely a moron and knows nothing about running a clean business"

This one is interesting...You acted like my friend in front of my face. I don't deny this at all...because maybe I am a moron, and I am willing to admit that. Just please keep in mind though Blayke, that you were working for me. So no offense...but if I'm a moron...where does that leave you? Just a thought.

"He claims to be all about helping people but not when it comes out of his pocket, which is not very Godly at all."

I invite you to come see my bank account, and come see that I still sleep on a mattress on the ground even though I run a national corporation. I will also give you names and phone numbers if you would like to make some phone calls to people that actually know me personally and find out if this statement is true. I collect a salary of $4,000 a month from the company...and that is only because the employees in the office voted for us to give ourselves a raise since me and Andrew were the worst paid in the company. We only collected a salary of $2,000 a month from the company. Yes all the employess were making more than us. I will even post up a picture if you like of the bank statements showing we made less than the other employees. I have it saved on my phone because we were laughing about it in the office, and took a picture. I can also txt it to you if you like Blayke.

"If you want a real job stay away from this place."

I would like to re-word this. "If you want an easy job where you sit on the computer and don't do what is in your job description, and just want to watch movies online and play games online. Then yes please please please do not apply here"
