Bought a complete carburetor for $200.00 + shipping from ebay, when I got the carburetor it was missing the slide diaphrams and needle jets, which are the main part of the carburetor. When I got in contact with the owner he stated that it needed rebuilt and he always takes those parts out. After research I did not find one other seller or rebuild kit that supplies the slide diaphrams with a rebuilt kit. Furthermore in the description he didnt state that it was missing the parts, only that it was a complete carburetor and that if I wanted my money back I would have to pay for priority shipping to utah. A real scammer---BEWARE!!!!

Picture or no picture, when you misstate completeness of such an item, and don't do what's necessary to keep the customer from having to take a loss incurred due to your misrepresentation, then it can be assumed that you do not stand behind your product.
It's all well and good to insist you'd provide a refund upon getting the item back, knowing that the customer is not willing to incur a loss to ship it back, nor should they have to.
You ought to cover return shipping when you screw up.

customer contacted me about the carburetors not being complete. i told him that the slides were not included, and a mistake was made by omitting the info that the slides were not included.. the pictures show that the slides were missing. since i was in the wrong and did not mention that the slides were not included, i offered to fully refund customers money upon return of the carbs. i did not specify if they should go priority  mail. customer just had to return them... he is misleading in saying that i was selling a carb set saying that it was complete... it said carburetors.. you can buy the slides from suzuki.. they do not come with carb kits. after several days of having a paypal dispute open, the customer closed the dispute indicating that he was going to keep the carbs. i offered a full refund upon return of the carbs, customer chose to keep the carbs..
