All I wanted to do was to get financing for a laundromat and I wasnt getting the results I wanted going through the normal lending institutions. So after a few attempts I was going to just give up my dream of owning my own business. Enter Keith Middlebrook who I was referred to by a third party who suppossedly knew Keith for 15 years. I drilled him on who Keith was and how he handled business. Keith's website also had testimonials on how he transformed clients bad credit profiles into gold. After seeing the website and getting constant reassurance from his friend I went on and sent $15,000. Now I was promised from Keith himself AFTER I wired the $$$ that he normally charges $60,000 - $100,000 to clean credit and get finanacing up to 1 million. Now mind you this $$$ was sent April 29th 2013. I was promised that I would be funded by the end of June 2013. I did not get anything but the run around when it got close to the date promised. I even went so far as to go to his house in Murrieta in July when I wasnt getting the answers I wanted. Guess what? When I went to his home I was told that he moved out 5 months ago! Now I was really mad and hunted down his friend in San Diego. After getting in contact with his buddy Charles we dialed Keith at least 8 times before he finally answered. Keith told me to send my email address so he could give me the funding info. It was just a stall tactic to get me off his back. Do you know its now November and I still do not have funding! I have been more than patient with this guy and even though I was recieving a discount for his services I still didnt get what I paid for in the time promised. I just talked to his friend Charles who just referred 2 more clients and they have not the results they paid for either. Keith does not answer his phone and when he does he gives some bullshit reasons why things are not done. Do not trust this man. He does not deliver on what he promises and talks way too fast to know what he is really saying. I dont even want the funding anymore, all I want is my $15,000 back and call it a day. I hope you read this Keith so you know what your clients think of you.
