Ken Evans He sold me a Murray Riding Lawn mowerfor 460.00 that does not work. June 24th is when I bought it, he told me cash money only Travelers Rest South Carolina

 on july 24th of 2013 i purchased a lawnmower from ken evans. i saw it on craigs list for sale. he was real anious for me to come and see it. he told me that if i bought it i would have to have cash. he knew that i did not know anything about riding lawnmowers, i told him that. he had me ridr the lawnmower on level ground at the lowest speed it would go in. i relly mdid not even need brakes to stop really, i was going so slow. after i got off the mower, i looked him straight in the eye and asked him. Is there anything wrong with this lawnmower, he looked back at me and said no! he delivered it to my house about 7:00pm that night after chargeing me 460.00 cash. It is a 1999 lawnmower, my brother and i have looked it up because he said he did not know. i live on a hill in a cultasac, so when i rode it up the hill after he unloaded it. then after he left i finishes cutting the grass up on level ground after i got up the hill. i then turned around and headed down the hill to cut by my mailbox. the lawnmower had no brakes! i could not stop, i ran out into th road. if a child or car had been there iwould have hit them or it. i called him and told him, he said it had brakes when i bought it, i said well what did they do disapear over night? he then told me that i could take it to pose'ys lawnmower service and they could fix it. my brother and i fixed the brakes, my brother is partataly paralized from two stokes but he still heped me. we got the brakes fixed, then i went to cut my grass it had good brakes but it kept cutting off everytime i put the cutting blade down. then all of a sudden before had barley goy my grass cutt. it stopped going anywhere. i had it running but it would not go backwards forwards are move in any direction. i had it at the bottom of the hill when this happened. I had just had back surgery the week before, and told the man i bought it from that was why, i was buying a riding mower because i was no longer able to push one. i ended up having to just take running starts untill i could push it up the hill back behind my fence. it has been sitting there ever since because i cant use it. my brother came over yersterday and just looked at it. i told him i wanted to crank it up and show him how it was doing. he was so sick he could barley stand there while i did this. i cranked it up and he told me to cut it of real quick. he said i see what one of the major problems is, the motor had no bolts holding it on. it was just sittinh there on top of the mower. the only thing hold it on was the hood. know i have got to try and find 4 bolts to bolt the motor down with, and then my brother thinks it is the pully gear too, that is going to have to be fixed. when me and my brother was under neath the mower, everything was rusted. we had to take w-d 40 and spay on the screws that we had to take off to fix the brakes. i bought this lawnmower july 24th 2013 now it is august and i have not even been able one time to cut my grass. my brother and i are going to try to fix it and get it in good working condition and try to sell it. i have to had another back surgery next week, and another one in september. i live in a neigborhood. that has a hoa and the grass hass to be cutt but, iam unable to cut it and since i am on diablility, i can not afford anybody to cut it for me. i only have my brother and mother my brother can not help me cut it and my mother is 82 she can not help me. i have no other family members that can help me. i do not know what i am going to do if you can not help me. I pray that you will be able to help me resovle this issue, because I have done everything i know to do.
