On October 06, 2013, I reponded to a motorcycle listing on E bay. I responded to this ad by contacting him by way of this listing sending him my phone number. The next day he called me and we discussed the condition and price of the cycle.  The listing decribed the cycle thustly : "Original unrestored 1975 CB 750 K5 Honda with 18 K miles. Well maintained, engine is tight, runs fast and smoothly, shifts smoothly. All electrics, speedometer, tach, work fine. Beautiful blue finish . No dents or scratches on tank.Chrome is good. Other chrome shows somw age but not rusty.Ride this bike with no worries, Selling as is with no warranty. This has been a local bike. Im the 3rd. owner and know the history. Selling due to my age, not the bikes."   There were a total of 9 pictures on this listing, all far away from the machine with poor picture quality.

As we talked by phone, he confirmed the description of the listing and assured me it was a really nice bike that I would enjoy with no problems. We settled on a price of $ 4,500. We then agreed to end the e bay auction early. I sent him a certified check and arrainged for shipping at a cost of $ 735.  7 weeks later it arrived at my home.  I could not believe what terrible condition it was in, how it would barely run and how badly it leaked oil after I had to put new oil in the dry oil tank. It was very rusty and scratched up generally, looking as if it was plucked from a junk yard. Just terrible condition.  I called him right after it was delivered that very evening and told him how disappointed I was with this cycle, told him he purposely mis represented this bike and I wanted some monetary compensation. He quickly told me the bike was sold as is and hung up .

The next day I sold the bike to an aquantance for $ 1,000. as a parts doner bike, as it was totally unridable or useful to me.   Further, I could not leave negative feedback on him on E bay as the auction was ended early by mutual consent after he assured me of the fine quality of his motorcycle.   His E Bay name was kenetype68 and the item number was 151137986115, liated on Oct. 06, 2013, and ended on Oct. 08, 2013, at 09:15 PDT.
