As of the date of our agreement, Promissory Note and PROMISE TO PAY; Kevin Sparks has taken advantage of our 6 young children, my wife and myself by gaining our trust to lend him $1,000.00 dollars with an expected return of $1375.00.

Kevin coerced, manipulated and SCAMMED our family of 8. We trusted Kevin Sparks to 'Do As He Committed' & return our principle balance along with the agreed interest for entrusting him with our hard earned monies.

Our family has attempted to contact Kevin Sparks countless times via phone, voice messages, text, emails and social networks. Kevin has ignored our contacts and relocated to another region in an attempt to evade his promises.

You may already know that Kevin Sparks has been LISTED as a SCAM ARTIST on www.RipOffReport.com by other innocent victims for which Kevin has scammed thousands of dollars from them and their innocent families.

After research, we believe Kevin to reside in or near Show Low, Arizona territory with an aunt or family member.

Kevin knows without a doubt, his involvement to SCAM local Arizonan families and/or more persons throughout the United States to include church congregation and hard-working single parents.

We are seeking assistance from you to HELP in our pursuit of contacting Kevin and seeking his immediate attention to return the monies he stole from our children; our family.

PLEASE HELP if you can. His current address location, up to date telephone number and/or email would greatly help.

Thank you for taking this matter very seriously.
