I am original poster of this complaint. I have recently found out that the person that was responsible for my problems was and is NOT Kimber McCafferty of Nexogy. I was very angry and bitter and I blamed the wrong person for what I thought that I had seen.

I contacted and begged the ripoffreport.com to remove the report and they said they would review.  If they do not I would like to say that this complaint is NOT accurate at all.  I made a mistake that I regret.  And I deeply and humbly apologize to Mrs. Kimber McCafferty of Nexogy. I am shameful and have no excuses for the mistake.

I dont know if the sexual allegations in this complaint are true, but I can promise that everything else this person has posted is 100% accurate.

This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST Company that I have ever had the displeasure and misfortune of doing business with.  They are cheaters, liars, and thieves!

stand behind nexogy and the title that I hold in my corporation. I stand behind the products & services that we deliver.???  Well then you stand behind garbage.

I dont need to sit here and convince anyone.  Just go to Google and type in the words Nexogy scams.  You will find OVER 10 PAGES of scams, complaints, rip-offs and charges of fraud against Nexogy.  All of these multiple complaints posted on multiple dates over the years are NOT written by just one or two individuals.

If you work for Nexogy then you are a liar and a crook.  As stated, there are hundreds of customers and former employees that have written multiple complaints against Nexogy and the people who have worked there. There are even multiple reports that state that you treat your employees in South America like garbage.  To say that you have been dragged into this as a result of my association with my place of employment is like saying, It wasnt my idea to kill a bunch of Jews in World War 2, I was dragged into it because of my association with my place of employment.

So keep harping about Karma and class without worrying about your own.  Im sure Hitler did the same thing.

I dont care how many of your boyfriends come one here and write great things about you. The facts speak for themselves.

Ripoff Report is not supposed to be a forum for unsubstantiated and malicious character assassination. You would do yourself a favor by both deleting this ignorant and libelous piece of trash and by offering Kimber a sincere apology.

Kimber is a solid, hard working professional and a wonderful person as well. With the possible exception of the ignorant and vindictive person who authored this report, I believe that anyone who has ever worked with Kimber would agree with me. 

Ripoff Report has no right to publish defamatory reports. There is no legal veil to hide behind, you are willingly participating in the professional and personal destruction of both Kimber and the executive staff at Nexogy. I suggest you put an end to it. 

I work with Ms McCafferty. She demonstrates to the highest level something that the author of this thread cannot begin to comprehend.

If someone would like to get on a site like this because they aren't getting enough attention in other places and attempt to wreak havoc in the lives of others or the businesses in which they dwell, please be our guests- we have nothing to hide and are not motivated by fear nor low-class tactics.

Secondly, I come from a breeding ground of true professionalism, so when it comes to the personal attacks that have been alleged on this site, I question the credibility of Ripoff Report not the a*****e making the post. It's all quite laughable and if my standard of living, which I can assure you, doesn't hold a candle to the allegations brought forth in this forum, are trying to be the center of a negative spotlight- I am living proof that you my friend promote non-truth's for your own agenda. It's selfish and a careless act like this one is not something that is going to go unnoticed. Ripoff Report can tout their fame of "never bringing down an accusation..." And I can let you know that IP addresses can be subpoenaed and we will go to every measure to find out who you are, not because we care or are worried about your tactless need to defame people or places of employment, but because the principle lesson to be learned here is...you really should think before you act and you have a moral duty to yourself to be a better individual, we'll just help you realize that.

There are more than a few suspect items in this report.

Firstly, why on earth would this be a ripoff report geared towards an individual vs. the company.

Secondly, the report wreaks of a disgruntled employee.

Thirdly, as a character reference for Ms. McCafferty I can assure you, this kind of behavior would never occur.

I find it sick and disturbing that an individual would attempt to be so destructive towards another individual.  If this complaint were real (and it is not), it should have been filed under Nexogy with no personal names.  In fact, I cannot even believe that a company such as "Ripoff Report" would allow such a thing.  Hello - liable! 

To the person who filed such a report, I feel sorry for you - not only did you put these accusations in writing - you will also have to produce these said "photos".  Hope you are ready to fight it out in court, slander and defamation are not matters to take lightly.

It is incredible that some human been, if I may use that adjetive to describe the author of this report, can have a forum to write such a disgusting argument of another company or person and with no real reason other than his discontent for been fired from the company.

When you post reports with this type of allegations the only thing that shows is the low level person that you are. Mixing your personal frustration of been fired for lack of performance with sex stories made up in your mind does not surprises me, comming from a sick person like you.

What's really important here is to make extremmly clear that Kimber Mc Kafferty is an excelent professional and has all my respect in that terms. Also Nexogy is an excellent company, I have thousand of stories to prove that, that's why they have been in business for more than 12 years now and growing.

To the author of this report I sincerely suggest that you should look for mental professional health which should be your pimary focus now and refrain yourself of these senseless acts of trying to damage a good name and reputation of an excellent professional. 

Nexogy and Kimber McCafferty are innocent of these false accusations! Nexogy has always done great a job for me, I am always more than satisfied with the final product! Kimber McCafferty is a hard working professional and great person!

This is not true at all!  I have worked with her many times in the past and she has always bent over backwards to help me!

Filing a complaint based on sexual allegations? Sounds more like a disgruntled worker claiming false statements to draw
attention. This crosses the line.

State your true complaint. If you have a complaint against Nexogy describe the complaint properly. Leave
the sex out of it.

If someone wanted to read s**t they could just go to corner store and get them right at the counter.
