1. On July 9th 2013 I went to a property located at 514 N.E.4th St Fort Meade for sale By KING REAL ESTATE . We spoke with JUDITH BARNETT about the house.

2. On July 11 went back to the house and told JUDITH BARNETT I wanted to get a home inspection done . She handed my husband a 6 page Home Inspection report she said would save us alot of money. That she had a woman that had an inspection done on June 20 2013 then decided she did not want the house.

3. On July 15 I made a counter offer on the home it was excepted on the 16th.

4. Told JUDITH BARNETT we wanted to do closing on JULY 26th .JUDITH called me and asked if we could close on the 24 of July instead said she was going out of town.
That was fine with us . We closed on JULY 24 2014.
On JULY 26 I went to the house to find the kitchen ceiling laying in the floor light fixtures flooded and the floors flooded with water where part of the roof fell in.

I immediately called JUDITH who said she was in the mountains. I sent her texts and photos of damage to the house .Told her I wanted my money back since it had only been 2 days .

.Actually less than 2 days  since I gave her the $45,554.18 in bank draft for the house.

She knew the house had a bad leak. She had the only keys to the sheds . when we cut off the locks there sat the new can of roof patch.
I have not received anything back from her .

So I have contacted channel 8 of 8 on your side and the Attorney Generals office.And RipOff Report

That woman knows she basically stole my money and I want it back every cent. I will not stop until I do get every dime I paid her .. She has   my entire life savings and I want it back.

The contract says I have 3 days to get my money back.

This is not a case of buyer remorse ..This is a case of FRAUD. She hid the fact that the house was damaged she had the roofing tar in the shed only she had a key to. And the Home Inspector says he sent her a 16 -20 page inspection report listing everything wrong with the house.

I am writing this to You so You will be aware of the shady sales tactics of this person named JUDITH KING BARNETT...
