Kingsborough Community College Russell Krypintsky goes by the name of Russell Kollins and he is corrupt. He falsified documents by signing for a Psychiatrist Brooklyn, New York

When I was dismissed for the Dual Degree B.S. in Health Science and M.S. in Occupational Therapy Program I needed to get my transcript so that I could go to different College.  Michael Cherner called my cell phone and told me to bring 3 thousand dollars in order for him to issue me my office transcript.  I came to Michael Cherner's Office at Touro College at 1726 Kings Highway, Brooklyn, New York, 11229 and I gave him 3 thousand dollars so that he would give me my transcript so that I could move on with my life by going to a different college to another Occupational Therapy Program.  Michael Cherner changed my grades and courses from my original GPA of 3.7 to 4.0.

Afterward, my aquaintance Russell Kollins told me about Touro University Nevada Occupational Therapy Program and he was attending the program and using his living expense loans to bribe the director.  He told me that he would speak with the Director of the Occupatioanal Therapy Program Dr. Karen Picus to get me into the program in Nevada's Touro University.  I spoke to Karen Picus and she told me to fax my unoficial transcript to Touro University Nevada.

I faxed my unofical Touro College transcript.  Russell told me that in order to be admited to Touro University Nevada Occupational Therapy Program I would have to give 5 thousand dollars to Dr. Karen Picus the Director of Occupational Therapy Program iat Touro University Nevada. I flew in and went to the Interview of the Occupatioanal Therapy Program in Touro University Nevada. But after the interview I was told that Vera Jean Clark Brown the Director of Bay Shore Touro College Occupational Therapy Program told bad things about me. So I was escorted out by the Dean from the Touro Univeristy Nevada Building.

I flew Back to New York then applied for my Associate Degree and was awarded it.  Almost 2 years later when I was employed I was convicted of a crime I did not commit Attempted Falsifying Business Records 2nd Degree for faxing my unoficial transcript to Touro Univeristy Nevada

Touro College is very corrupt and abusive institution. Russell Kollins was dismissed from the Occupational Therapy Program in Touro University Nevada and returned to Brooklyn, NY and applied for graduation at Touro College New York School Applied Studies (SCAM) New York School of Applied Scam and was awarded Bachelor or Arts Degree in Psychology that he bought and he was never convicted of a crime.
