I have also worked for kiwi and they say in there ads they are a family that trains there people and not to trust the one man company you see out on the web.Just remember they are a corporation that is so big all they care about is getting the money from the customers. You as a employee are not important to them. I have a family and got laid off and would work anywhere cause i needed to pay my bills i was desperate.

First week they make you work free of charge to train you.I sat in class that was nothing more than a answer question 30 waste of time fest followed by some quick computer show. As far as being trained on oriental rugs, like they state didn't happen. They take anybody that doesn't have a felony.First week i worked not the free week Arron boy week you work and don't get paid.

I told my manager how important that my first payday was and they said no problem that I needed to start was get a name registered as a contractor (so if something happens to the carpet the customer will sue the broke family man and not them)well i was told to fax it to corporate and all was good so next morning I did just that. Well a day before checks go out the useless receptionist says that the people in Dallas also need a copy of my info and i told her that my manager told me to fax it to corporate and that my sister had done it for me and she lived in fort worth.

So I told her call corporate and have them fax it to Dallas, i also told her if there is a prob let me know cause i was about to get evicted due to being out of a job on for a year.. And I was on a call had just stopped in for chemicals.She said OK. Next day checks get passed out everyone gets one but me I asked them why and the receptionist started yelling that I told you i needed a copy yesterday for Dallas.

I was floored no check no money promised my landlord i would pay on that day didn't happen so i got evicted showed the manger my eviction letter. So I did it all over gave them everything and was docked for everything under the sun.4 days later I got a check. They want you to sell to little old ladies crap they don't need pressure the customers in to alot they dont need so you will get commission that you feel good about so you dont quit.This place has the worst management individuals I have ever ran across in my life.

If you get a lousy job from Kiwi its not always the tech hes probably pissed that hes getting screwed by not just the company / manager, heck the secretary's treat you like crap. I WOULD GO OUT DO EXTRA WORK on the house clean the heck out of it and do it just so I would get tips. You will only make money if you pressure the little old ladies into buying crap they don't need. Or do a great job and hope for tips.I would drive from mesquite to way out in Irving and got paid 2.50 for gas at the time gas was almost 3.80 a gallon. you do the math.

People stay away go to the individual company you will be a lot happier.How many of you are laid off by big corporations and that makes you mad then quit thickening the pockets of this rip off bunch of rag tag scammers. WC in Mesquite you are 100 percent right I would love to talk to you. There is a lot more I could tell you but I don't have space.
