Multiple users including myself have been ripped off by this data collection agency. Their site is insecure and can result in Identity Theft. You won't get a job, but you will get spammed. They also discriminate against minorities. Spokes person mentioned it's not their fault if the "Algorithm" is used to do so -

They only lease their site to many major companies which can use this algorithm to suite their needs. These are including but not limited to the following online-job apps: Taco Bell, Best Buy, Staples, PetsMart, PizzaHut, Loves, StarBucks, RoadHouse Grill, CVS, YMCA, KFC, Hastings Entertainment, Burger King Corporation, Sygma, CostCo and many more!

Their company has failed multiple basic web-app security testing including: CWE-79: Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting'). OWASP Top Ten, Outdated JBoss framework, Vulnerable to fuzzing, and their main page crashes with Error Reporting turned ON.  + Many more.

This company does not care about your data. They want your SSN, Psychological Profile, and address so that they can turn you down and spam you later or leave you open to armature attackers. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
