Please be careful when calling latin card (visa). They say that you qualify for a visa and charge you a security deposit for $399.00 for a credit limit of $7500.00 to establish credit. They end up sending you a latin card plus with catalog and not the visa.

When you receive package they collect the money order. When you try calling the place they either do not return call or line is busy or when answer they are very rude and tell you that cannot answer any questions until you activate the lain card plus. Make sure to return package certified mail with return confirmation. As per Federal Trade Commission it is illegal to collect money up-front. You must call Federal Trade Commission and file a report at 877-382-4357 or log on web site to file complaint. And call your usps postal inspector.
