Back in October I was having relationship problems and called a psychic hotline. Now understand

that this is the first person that Ive dated in nearly 10 years. In speaking with the psychic she advised me that she would help me for $165 to reunite the spirits of me and my significant other.   This woman identified herself as Lauren Wilson, and used several other names to collect money, some include

Rodney Marks, Stephanie Lee, Angela Lee, Peaches Marks, Gina Wood and others.  Throughout the process, I was threatened that if I did not keep sending her money I would live a terrible and lonely life because there was a curse on me. If I did not complete the process of breaking the curse I was advised that I would always be alone and never find peace and love. Now understand that I am the single parent of a young child and am currently undergoing chemotherapy for a cancer condition. This woman has put me through hell and continues to hold over $27,000 of my money in what she alleges is the tabernacle of her church. She claims that the money has not been spent and that if it is, she would certainly be cursed. She has made several commitments to come to me via airplane and return the money; however, she has cancelled every single reservation for the past 2 months.  I am now in a financial pickle and cannot even buy groceries or pay for medicines I need.  I have had to file bankruptcy and have ruined what little credit opportunities I've had.

I know that this sounds stupid, but I was desperate to have someone care about me. I have been going through this process alone with virtually no support other than an elderly parent for whom I often am responsible to care for. If anyone finds this story of interest, I would welcome any media coverage to expose this deceitful practice and get my money back.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story.

Angela Lee Janet Lee Scarlett Denver Psychic Scams

AUTHOR: Christina - (United States)

POSTED: Sunday, December 24, 2017

These psychic frauds are in Denver now. They start off with Scarlett or Janet Lee (long haired brunette, fair complexion, dresses nice with long manicures and expensive purses) who grooms you into doing work with her after a reading to clear negative energy. She keeps trying to work you for more money. Once she can't she passes you off to an older, stronger psychic which is psychic Angela Lee who also goes by psychic Evette Lee (heavy set brunette with hair in a ponytail, big diamond earring studs, black tops and long dark skirts. Angela plays like she actually cares about you and wants to help you. She will insist you are cursed using an egg with a black blob in the yolk and ask for thousands of dollars to cure you. DON'T believe her! Both of these women are from Las Vegas and Florida. There are associated with the biggest psychic scammers in the country - the Marks and the Lees. They are Romani Gypsies who believe it's fine to steal from others and pretend to be Christian to gain your trust. If you come across them please report them to the police immediately for fraud. The Denver DA's office has been tracking them for years. Look at all the other psychic scam news articles and protect yourself and others by reporting these sorry excuse for humans!

Unfortunately these people have yet to make good on their promises and unfortunately they've discolsed information that will expose one of their own.  Attached is a picure of Gina Wood, friend/daughter of Lauren Wilson and Rodney Marks.  If you know Gina, you may want to let her know that the reality and consequences of being involved in a scam of fraud, blackmail, theft and other criminal behavior.

Update #2

AUTHOR: Jenny - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, June 16, 2011

This people are all frauds and liars.  They have tried to pass several cashier's checks as "refunds" all of which are counterfeit.  Not only are the state and local officials interested in this case, the federal government is working on this matter as well.  Good luck and I hope that you all get what's coming to you.  By the way, the FDIC is working with Western Union and Money Pak to track your transactions.  Yes, if you read the back of the Money Pak cards, you will see that they can be tracked!

Please be careful and wary of these folks, if you do some research you will find that they are linked to the infamous "Marks" gypsy clan.  Many of whom are notorious for fraud and illegal practices.

Back in 2007 I hit a very hard time in my life. I found myself on Kasamba (now Liveperson) night after night searching for answers. I stumbled upon a page for "Jenna Jameson" or "Jenna Wilkinson" and started to chat. She almost immediately told me that her internet connection was slow and gave me a phone number to call. I called her and told her my situation. She did a quick reading for me and told me that there was a wall blocking communication and someone put a curse on me. She said she could clean my chakra and that it would fix my situation. She said it would be a 100% money back guarantee, so I figured why not. I was broke, so I cashed in jars of coins and at the end of the week put my weekly earnings on the line.

I sent her roughly $185 via Moneygram (though she also indicated Western Union would be fine) to Angela Lee in Las Vegas, NV. I never checked where it was picked up. She called me to tell me she was getting to work and would be completed in the late evening. Weeks later, no progress. Weeks turned into months. Angela kept calling me here or there trying to badger more money from me, but eventually I told her I would let it run its course. She was disgusted by this remark and that was the last I heard from her.

After quite a few years, I am glad I let it run its natural course without the help of spells and scam artists emptying out my checking account. Everything eventually did come back around.

The email address she used was lovepsychicga@aol.com and she is on Facebook (not active) as Angie Lee in West Palm Beach, FL. I would be happy to assist you with anything else you may need to know in order to catch this con artist. I have been looking online for years for information on this crook, but you have been the first to post on ripoff report. Thank you!

Update

AUTHOR: Jenny - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, May 12, 2011

I am sure that there are several sides to each story and I am to be reminded that in gathering information to assist the members in "breaking the curse" I probably overstepped my bounds by obtaining this information in an unethical manner.  Yes, I provided names, Social Security Numbers, Bank Account Numbers, addresses and the like, and as a result I too have been haunted by my conscience in the way this information was obtained.  Upon postig this report, I have been conntact, she still assures me that she has ever intent to return the money "when the process is complete."  At such time as all the money is refunded, I will redact this report concerning the allegations of fraud and theft and/or any further negative allegations that have been alleged in this report!
