LeaseSource Inc. NY,SD... NO END TO LEASE.... RIP OFF WON'T TAKE MACHINE BACK NY, New York

We had had a guy come in and sell us on this credit card machine and had it for a couple of years with no problems. But, I really did not know it came with a lease to the machine, AND  a lease to the "processing" services, and gift cards all seperatly... When our business closed Feb. 1st this year, I called the "processor" I guess, which had the # on the side of machine in sticker form, and let them know we had to close due to lack of business. They said no problem, and were fine with waving fee's as long as we showed a final statement from electric co. to show we actually closed. Then they said the "LEASE SOURCE INC" was seperate. So, I contacted them, and was told I owed money for cancelling contract before it was up, and they would NOT take the machine back, but I could "look around" and find someone to take over the contract. We had no money, we had to close, and I have looked for 5 months for someone to take it over. Now, they claim we are going to owe the full amount of contract, plus fees, and etc.. and on the latest bill is phone #'s that always go to voice mail, (that no one returns) and it says to call for equipment return info... hum.... So, I look on internet for phone #'s to get ahold of someone to try and make this right, but get a identical named company, who answers and says "oh, you want the CRIMINAL LeaseSource!" They say they get 10-30 calls a day about these "crooks", and am I getting money drafted out of my account yet? They give me 4 #'s they have collected, but none work to anyone in this company.... I still have my machine, and the new collection agency still calls about 5 times daily on my husbands phone... WHAT DO WE DO???? I just wanna make this right and not get ripped off! ps. the guy who sold me machine, said he got away from selling for them, they are crooks!
