My dept. ordered a light bar from this company we where promised that aware order would be delivered on a cretin day it was not when we called to check the status of the order we where cussed at several derogatory comments regarding the age of the person calling where made i have never been treated so badly before by a company that caters to police EMS and fire i will never do business with this company again and would not recommend this company to anyone PS still haven't got my light bar

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever done business with

I ordered a Chrysler mini from them back in january and never received the order.  When I called after 3 weeks they told me that they would send me the next model up at no additional charge which was a whopping 10 dollars.  They proceeded not to send the light again.  Every time I call back they tell me the lights were supposed to come in but they didnt and thats why they didnt send the upgraded light.  I have now been waiting for almost 2 months for a light and the guy who I spoke to this last time was a real a*****e.  I asked him to overnight it when it came in and he said that was out of the question.  I asked him to just send the upgrade promised and he said he wasn't going to do that.  I asked him his last name and he wouldn't give that to me even though he claimed he was a manager.  I am seriously considering legal council in this matter as I feel I have been robbed.  They took my money and now won't send me the product I ordered or a resonable replacement.

i placed a order for 1 surface mount light and they sent me 4 of them one of them were broke i sent it back and they never recieved it... a few weeks later i was informed that i was still charged for 4 led light so i called the guy and he said to send them back so i got the money together and sent them back.

after a few weeks i looked on my account and it said i was still being charged for $160 so i called this company and they said they never recieved but USPS had a signature of the person who recieved it... (smx4) now they are sem 4 r/r

to this day i have not recieved anything from the company in which they wanted me to be a distribitor for them. i will never deal with this company again after this unless they treat me like i should..

I ordered a dashlight from LED Outfitters last fall.  I gave up on trying to get my money back after about three months of fighting with them.  And after I sent the non-working product back to them.  I can vouch that this is a one man operation.  I called probably 100+ times in three months and never spoke to anyone else.  If you need any other evidence that its a small time bullshit operation, consider the fact that the owner has time to troll the internet and look for people bad-mouthing his POS company.  This guy has STOLEN from too many people who earn our livings serving our communities.  I filed a complaint with paypal.  If you got ripped off and paid through them, please do the same.  They won't investigate him unless they have more complaints.  Attached is a picture of the product I returned...taken at the post office for evidence.


To the owner,
Since you're a big enough b***h to have to read this site and reply to peoples' posts, my order number was 964603.  Call me.  Even better, you have my shipping address...come talk to me in person you limpdick piece of trash.  Your day will come.  You can't treat people the way you do and never answer for it....if nothing else, you will rot in hell.

Well, SLK was a business that was run very poorly by a very immature kid, named Mike, in Great Neck NY. If I do recall correctly, your business, LED Outfitters, Is run very poorly, by some very immature people, one of which named Mike, in Great Neck NY.

My apologies for "Assuming" you were the same buisness, I can clearly see your not. (That was a sarcastic statement.)

In regards to the comments made by the previous poster that we made friends with post office employees and took packages is a complete lie.

We are not the same company as SLK and we have nothing to do with them. If you have an issue with them, then make a post about them. Don't post something that happened to you and blame it on us. I hope you get your money back and good luck

This buisness is just one kid, or atleast used to be just one kid "running" it ( I use the term losely). They used to be called "Strobe Light King" and sold most of their products on eBay. I bought over $1000 of products that I resold to friends and neighbors around my area. I had $300 worth of products that was defective so I shipped it back to him as he told me too but claims he "never got them". I went to far as to tracking everything through the post office it was delivered to and learned that he did infact get the items, however he had commited mail fraud. He befriended the postal employees at his local post office and was able to go behind the counter and get his packages before they had a chance to scan them saying he picked them up. I alerted the USPS Inpectors about this and they investigated the issue as well. Unfortunatly, he still owes me $300.

I have all the emails and paperwork still saved so if anyone would like to take legal action against this company please let me know.

I really wanted the light they offered, you cant find many in green.. So i called them again, and have to say this time got my problem worked out... guess everyone has a bad day and i can only imagen how hard it is to run a busness these days... my oder has been placed and should be on its way soon... the person on the phone took the time to work with me... im a happy custermer now.. I tried to place an on-line order with them, and my billing address in dif then my mailing address... my oders got canseled and when i called them i was treated badly by the person who answered the phone. he canseled my order again and hung up on me... problem is he is the one who answeres all the extentions and he will not put me through to any one who will help me there... not a good way to do busness guys... problem is i would love to order from you...
